My wife and I came here for an anniversary dinner after I did some research on local vegan places. We aren't vegan but my wife can't eat dairy so it can be challenging to find places with good options. The space itself is fairly small so it did get a little loud at times, but nothing too bad. The two servers were quite busy handling all of the tables and the take out, but our service was still great. Everything on the menu is clearly labeled vegan/vegetarian/gluten free. For starters we tried the potato skins and the nachos. I'd recommend either but the potatoes were the favorite. For dinner my wife has the veggie burgers which she said was the best one she's had. I had the Thai peanut cauliflower which was good and definitely a large portion. For dessert we tried the truffles and chocolate torte and both were fantastic. Finding vegan options in the area is a bit limited compared to some other large cities/areas, but Cafe manna offered a good selection and we left full. We will be back in the future
Cafe Manna is one of my favorite restaurants and while I’ve been going there for years (maybe a decade?) I decided to finally post a review of my all time faves. Their food is creative, very flavorful, and always wants me coming back to try something new. It blows my mind that some of my favorites are vegan because I love dairy. But I would never know! Also I have a slight obsession with their limonade which is amazing. And yes there is a kids menu but my daughter and I usually share the faves. Portions are generous so yay for leftovers! Pictured is the limonade, Thai peanut cauliflower dish, and the chocolate chip torte (all three vegan). GO HERE if you love FLAVOR. I’m a meat eater and love my dairy and cheese, but I will continue to come back for the delicious food and thoughtful dishes.
The food was very good. The service was great. It is on the pricey side for veggies and pasta so just be aware of that. Yes, I know they have other costs that figure into it but just so people know. It may also be a good idea to make a reservation.
Revisited Cafe Manna and it did not disappoint. Portions were generous and the food delicious. The music selection and warm atmosphere topped it off.
🤔 I thought I wrote a review years ago! I guess they are all on Facebook. If you are vegan, you absolutely MUST give Cafe Manna a try. They have something for everyone. Soup, salad and incredible entrees. The desserts are amazing and don’t worry there are seasonal changes. What I love most is the option to order during the holidays. I’ve ordered the past few years. Cafe Manna NEVER disappoints. Never! Ordering for the holiday is an absolute delight because the vegan food is delicious, fresh, plentiful and good quality. This year I ordered the mushroom artichoke Rockefeller, truffle Mac n cheese and the Manna Thanksgiving Plate. Yum!!! So grateful for this place.
Great food and really nice staff. All very fresh and continues to impress us. My only frustration is I know prices are up everywhere but I don’t know why they tack on another 10% for a pickup order. That’s pretty new and it really adds up. Especially just to pick up your own food…
I mentioned to my server Theresa I would post these pictures. I'm not vegan. But I was amazed by the flavoring of their chili! I will definitely be back! The smiles and hospitality were second to none! I highly recommend this place. Those that know me ,know..... I'm very picky!
This place was so dang good! I’m not even Vegan and I was so impressed with their options. I can’t remember the name of what I got but OMG it was unreal good! It had a ton of veggies, quinoa and brown rice, and a coconut curry - topped with cranberries and cashews that I think really tipped the textures over in the best way. I’d eat this everyday. Highly recommend, even if you are not on a plant based diet.

Delightful coffee shop off N 177th & Capitol with a Chilean theme. We ordered beef & cheese empanadas and the Americano sandwich. The owner was so sweet and everything was delicious! Very cool vibe.

It's not easy to find comida Venezolana in Wisconsin so this place is a hidden gem. I say hidden because they are in the Brookfield Square food court, occupying the space of a former chain restaurant. Most of the "food huts" lining the common dining
