Cafe Keough - Cafe in Memphis - 12 S Main St, USA

The flat white was so good espresso wasn’t burnt and the ginger latte was spot on. The frittata was fluffy and not dry. The Brie and fig croissant was just the right balance of flavor. Friendly space in an old building. Definitely pass up the chain coffee shop a few doors up and go here!

I felt like I had found a rare gem when I stumbled upon Cafe Keough. I had been in Memphis for a few weeks on business and I had tried several restaurants during my stay but Cafe Keough was the only one that undoubtedly deserved my 5 star review. The atmosphere was calm and quaint. The food was absolutely delicious! I’m in love with their spinach quiche. It’s flaky, buttery and packed full of flavor. Their coffee is some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s not super bitter like some others. Every sip was pure perfection! If you’re ever in Memphis do yourself a favor and pay them a visit!

Nice atmosphere and outdoor cafe seating. Got the Turkey sandwich which was just ok. Tasted like prepackaged deli meat, tomatoes were not super ripe. Wouldn’t return intentionally.

The quiche was surprisingly good, the coffee was not good. The location/interior is super pretty.

Quaint place. Makes you feel like you’re in Paris or some other place in France. Great location since it is in downtown Memphis and no cars go in front of it, only the trolleys. Offering things like bagels & lox, ham & cheese croissants, salads, sandwiches and pastries, you will find something to your liking. We had the ham & cheese croissant and the Belgian waffles. Both came with a small side of fruits. Portions are on the European side. Meaning you will be satisfied but not overstuffed. Bonus: sit outside so you can people watch and enjoy a nice breeze.

Very much a French style ambiance and the service is beautiful! The food was fresh and delicious! The coffees were expertly made and the best I've had in a long time! Definitely will return when we come back to Memphis!

Great place for an off the beaten path lunch. I had the smoked salmon salad this time and it was really good. The service was fast and friendly as well.

Don’t be fooled by “cafe” in the name. $1 charge to order a coffee to go. $9 for a small oat milk latte (2 shots). $7 for a large, but they will give you a hard time making it in a smaller cup. The $1 to go fee is on top of the $9/$7 respectively. Just go to the Starbucks down the road
