After a 2 hour drive from the airport, I was tired, needed to stretch, and wanted a hot beverage. You know those airport drives in sweats, yea, one of those. Traffic was thick, and I didn't want to go too far from home and remembered this place was new around the corner. I'm so happy I wasn't too tired to take a chance on a new place. Even in my sweats, the young lady who helped me was very kind and offered me a wonderful suggestion for my Chai tea. CAN YOU SAY DELICIOUS!!!! I ordered a mix of spice and vanilla Chai tea latte, and it is amazing!!! I'm very happy I can swoop less than 3 mins down the street for a Chai tea. I look forward to trying their other selections. Thank you for opening this location. The decor is cozy and cute. You won't be disappointed! OH!! They also have a drive thru you can use as the days get colder.

This place was absolutely amazing and more! The owner was very kind and funny and approachable and the lady who checked us out was very conversational and kind! We had a very good experience here as it was our first time here. The inside was so clean and very aesthetically pleasing. We got the Endless Summer and Sour Patch Kids energy drink and wow are they perfect! We spent $14 for a 16oz and 32oz and I think that’s pretty reasonable compared to other coffee shops! I highly recommend! We are telling all of our friends about this establishment ᵕ̈

It's a cute, clean, little shop. The barista was friendly. Lot's of seating options and a spot for the kiddos to play. I wasn't super impressed with my iced Mocha, it was still a little warm when handed to me. It wasn't the best I've ever had but it wasn't too bad.

My wife and I love this place. It's new to the neighborhood, however with a coffee shop on every corner it has a local feel. The baristas are friendly and patient. The decor is calming and inviting. They have events for locals very regularly so it invites community. If yes, and the coffee is great!!

I understand being short staffed but we sat without being talked to for a good while. We waited in line for almost half an hour. & for some of the blandest, driest MICROWAVED food. The burrito is just another brands burrito they warm up, the french toast bagel was so dry, bland and the cheese was way over microwaved it was like crispy and nasty, we paid $28 for this 😂 nothing was fresh or made today, the biscuits can't be cut through on the bottom 😂😂. I just wanna know what took 30 minutes if it was all microwaved 😂😂😂 super disappointing, we ended up throwing the french bagel away because its disgusting and the burrito I got (the heater) is soooo small and way smaller after the triple wrapping comes off. Like honestly what a joke.

Cafe elite has a wide variety of options to chose from. They have one of my favorite Nitro Style cold brew drinks and much more. Their interior has a great atmosphere and feel to it. Customer service is top notch, they welcomed us in with a smile. They offer merchandises as well, and will be buying a hat soon. Overall a great find in Lacey, compared to the other major franchises surrounding the area.

This is the first time I have encountered such a rude staff in this area.  We ordered our coffee, children's drinks, a muffin, and a cookie in the store, but the staff seemed busier with drive-through orders.  We received drinks and a muffin we ordered, but not a cookie.  When we first ordered a cookie, she said she would prepare it separately for display purposes only, but we only received drinks and a muffin.  When we asked her not to receive a cookie, she said she had already given it to us with another drink.  When we told her again that we had not received the camera to check, she said that another customer must have taken it.  The customer waiting after us only ordered smoothie drinks, and we could tell by looking at them.  She did not admit her mistakes and acted as if we were taking it for granted and lying to her. She can make mistakes because they are busy, but it's really rude to act and say things like we're lying.  Can't she just check the CCTV?  We asked again because we didn't receive everything we ordered.  And when I went to order another drink for my friend, she who was rude to us sent another employee away.  I will never go here again and I will tell my friends that I have never been to a place so rude.  As a neighbor who supports local businesses, I am so disappointed.
