A friend recommended we try the food. We had a million other breakfast/brunch places on our radar but I'm so glad we listened to the friend. The food was DELICIOUS!! The pancakes were fluffy with a buttery crunch to the edges. The potatoes were probably some of the best breakfast potatoes I've ever had... a nice blend of soft and crunchy and full of flavor. Our waitress was delightful, and she even offered us a coffee to go, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is breathtaking upon walking in. I see why my friend recommended it.

I will start by saying that just because you pay top dollar, it does not mean it's good. Now on to the disaster. We wanted to try something different. It was my birthday, and why not try one of the "top" places for food in Milwaukee. We started off with drinks, I have long black hair in mine... things happen, I understand. Being a classy place, though, it shouldn't have. Next was the food, I ordered a chicken wrap because it sounded amazing, it was not. The chicken was dry, and there was little flavor that was from the mango. Anyways, moving on, we ordered the WHITE chili hotdogs, sounded different and amazing, just kidding. No white chili, just regular chili. So, not what the menu says, and when that was brought up, they just shrugged it off like it didn't matter. When we were clearly upset about the lack of caring, they took the drinks off the bill, not like it mattered with the hair in mine that I didn't even complain about. Just remember just because you pay good money, doesn't mean it's good.
This place is definitely overhyped, there’s nothing outstanding or remarkable about it, besides that it’s at the pfister hotel. I was expecting much better but it wasn’t bad. I got the Colossal Breakfast Sandwich. It was good, too much egg for a sandwich in my opinion, but i enjoyed it. The hash browns were not good, I had to use a lot of ketchup to mask the grill flavor they had. My mom go the Banana Foster French Toast, she didn’t like the bitter taste of the sauce, which was probably the rum. Coffee and banana and strawberry smoothie were good! They use real fruit, unlike other places. Prices are reasonable and the service was excellent! Sheena is an awesome server!
Amazing service, friendly staff! We loved our waitress, she was so attentive and she told us a few ghost stories about the hotel and other haunted places in Wisconsin. Mimosas were perfect, mostly champagne and just a splash of OJ. My bagel breakfast sandwich was really good. The hash browns were great! Most Milwaukee brunch places only serve breakfast potatoes, this was a nice change.
While we loved their service and ambience but didn't like their food much. We went for brunch and our order included smoked salmon, bagel, pancake, hash brown, steak and omelettes. Food was not served hot/warm, it was room temperature at best. Tasted average too.
If you want to dine in luxury without completely regretting the cost, come here. I’ve come here for lunch with coworkers and for breakfast when I’ve had family stay at The Pfister. The staff is always welcoming. The eggs Benedict and sandwiches are go-tos.
A confusing mélange of a Starbucks and a hotel eatery. Staff is friendly for several minutes until they've sized you up, and then it's no-more-smiles-for-you. My breakfast sandwich was actually quite large for $6. The sneering "THIS ISN'T YOURS" when then generically called out "breakfast sandwich for pickup" was a nice touch.
