The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The staff is extremely friendly. When you walk in you go to the counter to grab a menu and order what you like, pay and grab a seat. I had the Aquarius burger (no bacon) with an Iced latte. (It was my brunch, don't judge me) The burger was good the coffee was excellent. You can tell it was REAL coffee. Not watered down and made perfectly. Not bitter and not too sweet. You can feel this place was built with love. There's even a little book store inside. This will be a new spot for my wife and I to frequent.

Five Stars 🌟! Food was soo good, I couldn't chose what I wanted. I ordered the spinach and artichoke grilled cheese with sweet potato fries. My sons had the tenders. Both Delicious! Everything was so fresshh. The service was great, very kind and attentive. The atmosphere is very calm and inviting too. No complaints here.

I visit Cafe Aquarius every time I’m in New Orleans. The food is so delicious, the staff is kind and accommodating, and the atmosphere is very welcoming! The book store is also such a great spot. I miss the cat, though!!!

I’d been wanting to try cafe Aquarius and I’m so glad I finally went this afternoon! The food was delicious and fresh and the service was wonderful. I brought my elderly parents and the girl that served us was just delightful and so sweet to us. We ordered the vegan buffalo chicken wrap, the muffaletta and the chicken protein bowl. The portions were large enough that we had to get a go box to bring home what we couldn’t finish. I’ll definitely be adding cafe Aquarius to my regular dining spots.

I remember before Katrina when this was the cake place. Now it’s this really cute cafe with colorful decorations and really friendly staff. The brunch we had was delicious: artichoke cakes and spinach and fried oysters - it was soooo good! I miss seeing the cat in the bookstore though - please bring it back!

This place is incredible. I have been coming here a little over a year now and at least once a week. The staff are like family, incredibly friendly and kind to their patrons. The food has real heart poured into it and you can tell that Mrs. Rhonda truly cares about the quality of her craft. I have yet to have a bad item on this menu and trust me I’ve tried all of it The cafe and bookstore combination creates such a nice relaxing atmosphere for customers and restaurant goers alike. Each table feels like it has its own story and place in the restaurant. It’s the type of place that you can have a giant work get together and at the exact same time, the location feels like you can sit in any little corner and read a book without interruption. The music in the background is always at the perfect level not to disturb you and it’s always in great taste. And the absolute BEST part of this Cafe’ has to be it’s incredible mascot Catfish. The sweetest little cat that I have ever met who resides in the Cafe’. She is well groomed, perfectly taken care of, will come up to you for a pet if you enter the book store enough, and is a vital part of this places atmosphere. It makes me quite sad to see some customers leave a negative review just for her. There is no cause for it, I’ve spoken with the staff at length on the topic of hygiene due to the cat, and every morning the tables and chairs get vigorously wiped down and cleaned. I love this place You should love this place

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Me and my boyfriend love going eat at cafe Aquarius we always have a great experience food is always delicious and their Vietnamese coffee is out this world. I DEFINITELY recommend this place
