My son needed his laptop repaired so I scheduled an appointment with Ed. He was extremely professional, welcoming and kind. He took the laptop, looked it over and determined what the problem was, he advised me against repairing it as it was not cost efficient. I feel like he could have easily taken it in and performed the necessary repairs and charged me for them, but he went above and beyond and told me not to waste my time or money. Thank you Ed for your professionalism and kindness. I will only use CADNY for any computer repairs from here on out.

Ed Gordon replaced my motherboard and added more memory. He provided me with a new charger as my original one was no longer charging. I have recommended my friends to Ed as well as I totally trust his quality and value of work. I was lucky enough to work in the same department with him years ago, as he was our IT guy for very critical essential services. He was an excellent technician, reliable and efficient.
