Steven and Ashley at the leasing office/clubhouse are always friendly! Steven always makes it a habit to enjoy chats with the kids and I when we’re hanging out in the shared spaces. The amenities are enjoyable, and we enjoy the occasional perks (at the clubhouse) where Cadia Crossing has highlighted complimentary beer, pizza, etc! The kids always love stopping by to play a round of pool and to grab candy from the front desk!

Been living here for a year and have been enjoying it thus far. Staff is really friendly, Ashley always makes an effort to reach out and remembers all the residents by name. Steve is reliable when reaching out with a problem or inquiry, and Bryan the new maintenance staff member does his job quickly and efficiently with a smile. Cadia Crossing holds tons of events, such as pizza day, beer day etc.and it's quite enjoyable. The facility is overall pretty, however the bathroom in the gym is often dirty and some owners don't pick up after their dogs even though there is plenty of waste bins and bags provided throughout the premises. The young residents don't abide by quite hours especially on the weekends. The apartment is spacious and cozy an the rent was at a reasonable price. However, the rent just went up $150. The additional services, the $20 FETCH package service in particular, isn't necessary, as Amazon, FedEx, Walmart etc. seem to have no issues with deliveries. It is evident that the staff is working hard to improve and make all residents comfortable. And I would recommend any future residents to try Cadia Crossing out. Thank you for working hard.

I really love the maintenance here! It’s the best we have ever experienced! You can put a request in and the next day they will be at your door! They are also willing to educate you if you have anyone questions like for example our dishwasher needed to be fixed and I was asking Bryan on how to upkeep with it for next time and he answered all my questions! He was super friendly and honestly all the maintenance staff has been friendly and you can tell they love doing what they are doing! This is one of the reason we had renewed our lease because it is so hard to find a place that has an amazing maintenance team! Thank you so much to Bryan & to everyone on the maintenance team as well as the front office staff!!

This is the best place Ive stayed in so far. Stuff are very friendly. Ashley and Steven are very helpful and accommodating. Request for maintenance gets answered quickly. Maintenance guys are also very friendly. I would definitely renew my lease as long as price is right and affordable. Thank you Ashley, Steven and to management of Cadia crossing

I absolutely love living at cadia crossing. The whole team is super responsive. Leann, Ashley and Steven in the office have been the best from day 1 and Brian is at my door to take care of any service requests same day and super polite and nice. The property is kept up so nice, the fitness center is huge and the pool is even heated in the winter. I love all the community events as well

I have lived here for 14 months now and recently renewed our lease!! As a first time renter, Steven in the front office goes above and beyond with his customer service - whether it be asking if we need anything, talking with my kids, etc. The amenities here are always well maintained by the awesome maintenance crew! Extremely family friendly and safe complex for kids. Looking forward to the next 12 months!

I would strongly recommend it if you are looking to rent. The management team, primarily Leeanne, treats every guest and resident like family. I had the chance to visit this location recently, and I witnessed the love the current tenants have for Leeanne. This made me feel like I was in the right place. I have rented with this management in the past at another location and will happily do it again. I want to thank Leeanne for being awesome!

Living here about 2 years now. Management has been great. Having small issues and they take care of it immediately. Every time I go into the office Ashley is very kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful. It's great to be able to speak to another person who understands and is informative. She helps me with the issues and provides me the information I need. Thank you!
