Love to stop at Chocolateirs and see what they have to offer, especially when they make it in their state. Such a fabulous variety of truffles, which is my favorite chocolate and mist times. I'm disappointed with the flavors. Not disappointed this time as the Raspberry Truffle was good along with the Raspberry granche, too. Bought some Raspberry & Strawberry chocolate, which I've never seen before, and they were tasty and true to flavor. Found some carmel popcorn with chocolate drizzle for little brother. My goal when I'm traveling is to support local stores always. This place would defeat a return trip for some specialty chocolates.
This place is great, everything there looks amazing. We tried the passion fruit tart and it is amazing. The chocolate is delicious and the art they have is beautiful. Also, the service is great, they are always attentive and with a snails to help you with any question. Great place!!
Great selection, vegan options, too! Not only was the chocolate & fudge incredible. I got a great coffee recommendation from the guy in the shop. Next time I'm in COS, I'll definitely be back.... picture is fudge & coconut chocolate candy bar. I would definitely recommend both.

Beautiful selection of chocolates, and lovely gift wrapping. The perfect gift for a chocolate lover.
This isn’t your typical chocolatier. We always enjoy our trip to Cacao Chemistry chocolate. A benefit of living here!
Their creations are tasty, beautiful and unique. The truffles, bonbons ( many specialties made with wine or liquors) wow your taste buds. Their pastries and fudge - everything is off the charts. If you’re visiting or live in the Springs area don’t miss this place,
I love this place 💓 their chocolates are amazing and melt in your mouth + they are all so helpful and sweet. They have so many vegan options and interesting flavors!! Their housemade yuzu and raspberry chocolates are a must try, and the pistachio marzipan too :)
I am a regular now that I've moved to downtown. Their store has lovely art and local gifts and of course, delicious chocolate. Their 'frequent flyer' program is generous and fun. Highly recommended due to the above AND with fast service.
This is my favorite local chocolate shop! Not only do they have gorgeous and delicious truffles and chocolate barks, but they also have some amazing pastries, macarons, and seriously the best chocolate ice cream I’ve ever had. They also sell a variety of goodies and sweets, gifts, and artwork. It’s such a fun place to visit, and the staff are friendly and helpful! Some of my favorite items are macarons, lavender caramel truffle, firework/firecracker bark, hazelnut bark, and their chocolate ice cream.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We came in for hot chocolate on a cold day and were not disappointed. The dark hot chocolate was amazing, we also had milk hot chocolate with vanilla marshmallow & milk hot chocolate with a peppermint marshmallow. Took some toffee & homemade chocolate to snack on. Everything was wonderful.
