We stayed in a multi-room suite which was absolutely beautiful, seemed brand new, wonderful patio and finishes. When I lost something the manager was extremely responsive. I do however agree with other reviewers that it was somewhat difficult to get engagement from the front desk. We were there during a peak holiday and the front desk was unable to help with any information about open restaurants or hours of operation anywhere, both when I called in advance of our stay, and also while we were there. When we had an issue with the room the front desk continued to give a hard "no" to helping us resolve. Again, the manager was responsive the following day when she was on site, however still dampens the experience while it's happening. The brew pub, market, and cafe on site are nice; we were able to put our name in at the pub and take buzzer to the room until table was ready. The cafe is nice but small; we ordered at a good time but there was a really long line about 30 minutes later, and food is discounted but not included with stay. An included continental breakfast for guests would really enhance the ease and experience of the lodge. Better knowledge and engagement of front desk staff should be prioritized by management, particularly during the holiday or peak seasons. I would argue that the management should appoint a concierge to reach out to guests in advance and provide information. The location of the lodge across from the visitor's station is great and saved some hassle. Again the physical room was very pretty and housekeeping excellent.

Table a repassé et fer.

Spacious hotel rooms with a separate bedroom and full kitchen. Comfortable beds and sitting area. Kitchen was helpful for making meals so we didn't have to eat out every night. We had a small issue with our room that management addressed appropriately and promptly. Zion National Park and hiking trails are a within walking distance, making the location extremely convenient.

Stayed at the Lodge 11/5/2023, the night before hiking the Narrows. This place is gorgeous, and the location couldn't be better! Stayed in a Queen Hillside Suite on the 2nd floor. The room was huge. Two queen beds and a pill out sofa, great for our family of 4. Full kitchen, full size refrigerator, and a great sized bathroom. Balcony was a great addition, but we opted to hang out near the gas fire pit night. The views are 2nd to none, and even had a few deer near our window and walking in the parking lot.||A few Pro’s: We checked out the next morning, but they allowed us to keep our car in their lot the entire day while we were hiking.||It is literally less than a 5 minute walk to the Zion bus stop inside the park||If you show your room key, you will save 10% at Zion Outfitters, The Zion Pub, as well as the market and gift shop in the complex.||When we returned in the last afternoon, they allowed us to utilize the lobby bathroom to get changed out of our damp clothes.||Overall, I could have stayed at this lodge an entire week! Super clean and well maintained. Staff was happy and pleasant. And the views…wow!|

We booked a queen studio and loved it. The rooms were super modern and quiet. It felt clean and equipped with all the basics you’d expect (mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, etc). Views from our room were lovely. Prices were far less than the other “nice” hotel in the area. As others stated, the location is great. There’s a spa and coffee place near the lobby. There is also a gift shop, super market, and restaurant about a 5 minute walk away. Zion outfitters is in the same area if you end up renting gear for the narrows. The walk in entrance to Zion is a 7 minute walk (super great to not deal with Zion park parking!!!). We even saw deer in front of one of the buildings.

I cannot recommend Cable Mountain Lodge enough! We just stayed here for 3 nights during our honeymoon while hiking at Zion. You cannot beat the location if you are hiking in Zion because the entrance and shuttles are right at your doorstep. It was also close to Springdale (walk or ride shuttle). The suite we stayed in was beautiful, modern and very clean. We did not hear any noise during our stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful with all questions. You receive a discount at Zion Outfitters, a brew pub, coffee shop, gift shop, etc that are right on the premises. Overall a great stay and view! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

My husband and I stayed three nights in a luxury suite, and I can't think of anything we didn't like or enjoy. We didn't use our car at all because we used the foot bridge into the park, and we used the Springdale shuttle to go to a restaurant we wanted to try. I really think staying here is even better than staying inside the park because of the hotel amenities and the venues in the Zion village such as the Brew Pub, the Market, the Outfitter, etc.||The suite was spacious with a separate bedroom and a combined kitchen/living area, and it was very clean. Having a kitchen enabled us to have an early breakfast and get into the park for the first shuttle of the day, and it was a quiet, comfortable place to relax after a busy day of hiking.

This was the perfect hotel for us for Zion. We had a family of four in a Wall Bed Suite- our kids loved having both the wall bed and pull out couch so they didn’t need to share. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. I don’t believe this room (324) is advertised as having a view but we did have a pretty view out the window and also saw some deer wander by on the hill. The staff was very friendly at check in and anytime I called with a question. But really the main attraction here is the location! Not needing to take a shuttle to start/end your day cannot be beat. The market and coffee shop on site are an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again if returned to Zion!

I've visited this hotel multiple times. It is one of the older hotels in the area, but it is also one of the best. I find the service here better than at the chain hotel down the street. The canyon view rooms are really wonderful. You can lay in bed

The drive is amazing. We drove through the tunnel (got answered why we saw a secret hole from afar). Visiting in the winter is much easier without the crowd. There are a few scenic stops for great photos! Must be a stop on the way to Bryce.
