C4 is by far the best training available for serious high school and college athletes looking to not just become bigger, faster, stronger, but also learn from the best trainers in the state. Charlie Chandler and his partner pour themselves into the young people that train there, it is incredible. I make my high school football team meet at our facility at 7:00 AM Saturday mornings in Fredericksburg, and then we caravan and drive over an hour to train in Manassas with coach Chandler and his team. We train relentlessly and what I've experienced at C4 is by far the best in the state. We get work, we get better, we get smarter, and we get coached up at a level you will not find anywhere else. My son has been a client for almost 1 year. He loves the coaches, the interaction with the other kids, and the training. Most importantly we see great improvement since he started. The coaches not only know and focus on what is important in the gym, but also what is important in life and pursuing goals.... Very happy with C4 and staff.

My son and a few of his youth football teammates started attending C4 last year for strength & agility training. Where do you start with a review for C4? Well like Charlie Chandler does and that is at the foundation. He and his crew build you and or your athlete up from the ground up, just like an expensive car or home or an awesome family. You get the best long-term result by building a great foundation and then putting what you want on top of that. I can attest that our daughter, who is a professional international soccer player, has utilized his facility numerous times and been the beneficiary of that process. She also has appreciated the flexibility of Charlie and his staff of working with her on the specific things she needs in order to compete at the highest levels of her specific sport. There is no "one size fits all" at C4, though there are programs there for that if you want that. They build you to "YOUR" specifications and that is the key to you being successful. If you are going to put in the work, why not go to C4 where you will get YOUR max result for your investment (in time and money)! Last but not least, your mindset is key in getting the most out of a good workout, and that is where C4 excels.... "best positive workout experience", as quoted by my daughter. C4 has reliable trained my team as a portion of our out-of-season activities for years. The team responds well to the coaches who push each athlete to work hard. The coaches are knowledgeable with regard to sport-specific training and consistently provided workouts that maximize each athletes full potential. I highly recommend C4 for either team or personal training.

My kids come to workout, my oldest daughter went off to play D1 softball and was more than ready for the physically aspect of it all. The travels teams i coach over the years come to C4. My teams are mentally and physically ready to compete after a strong winter workout with C4. All of the trainers are invested to the athletes, they go the extra mile to make sure these athletes get what they need. And my 3 yr old will start coming to training as soon as she is ready. Let’s be honest. You’re either C4STRONG or not.
