Very disappointing. Called this am, spoke with a sales person who needed info on my current service. She gave me her name and phone and told me to ask for her when I called her back. I returned the call 10-15 minutes later and after being placed on hold, the sales person I reached on second call told me she isn’t in today! Incredible considering I had just spoken with her! Then tried to get me to deal with her, which I declined. If I’m going to be misled on my return call so a different person at C Spire can be paid commission, that’s certainly not who I need to deal with. I think I’ll just stick with Spectrum, at least they didn’t tell me a ridiculous untruth. Wow

Loved that they are bringing fiber to Tuscaloosa unfortunately the contractors they hired have now successfully hit all major utilities in their attempt to lay down wire. Water check, Power check, Cable/Internet check oh and Gas check. C Spire will probably pay more in damages than they saved by going the cheap route.
I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. We were with them long before the mergers and aquisitions, back in the ETG days when they were local and cared about their clients. After three catastrophic incidents that left our two offices completely unable to function as we are completely paperless and rely on our network for everything, I called them to the carpet as I felt as though we had been ignored and neglected. The errors were on their part and they acknowledged such. They even fired our account representative after the incidents who was apparently screwing up other accounts as well. That was back in March. I spoke to an executive who assured me that we would be assigned a new account representative. It is almost September and we still have not met a new rep. Not to mention that their response to the revenue that we lost as a direct result of neglect and poor service on their part was to offer $75 off our our $2000 per month bill! Their lack of responsibility and lack of concern for a customer of seven years was the most shocking aspect of all. When I explained that we would have no choice but to seek another vendor, Patrick Hobbs actually said that he thought that would be a good idea. Teklinks has ruined the reputation of an otherwise good IT company. I've discussed my issues with several other former clients who are also friends. They act as if they are the only option and they are certainly not! Updated 2/1/2018: Patrick Hobbs, you have not kept one single promise that you made once it was determined that our account representative was incompetent - which you said yourself. The worst part is that now, five months later, you have the nerve to hold hostage our passwords so that we are unable to move on. You state that we owe you money for past months when you refused to provide service when we would call. Clearly, everything that you said and continue to say is a lie. With this type of treatment, it makes sense that customers are leaving in droves and that you are so desperate that you continue to charge clients that you no longer have a relationship with despite not actually providing any service. Shameful! And you never did replace our account rep for MONTHS when we were still clients, yet we continued to pay 100% of the fees of our contract.
