C R Computers - Computer repair service in Hibbing - 2102 1st Ave, USA

Brian with CR Computers is without question the best computer tech in the Northern MN area and I would argue the area is probably far larger than just N MN. I moved up here a year ago and needed a MAJOR overhaul on my computer. I don’t know anything about computers and had no friends in the area, and am not near any big cities. I was concerned about quality of service over everything so I did thorough research on reviews. I couldn’t find anything negative about CR computers so I gave them a call and Brian was able to let me know he could probably help out. CR Computers was certainly not the closest shop but I could not be more thankful I chose them. The service I needed was a huge job and required the most advanced level of skills when it comes to computers, parts and installation. Brian was able to crank it out in just a few days AND did it for a cheap price! On top of that he is super nice and very personable. He ensured I saw how and knew how to operate my new systems before I left the shop which gave me extra reassurance. Looking back on it all, the value I got FAR exceeded the small price I had to pay. I wish I could say I’ve used Brian a ton ever since but I haven't had to, since all of my systems have run perfectly! Please do yourself a favor and go to Brian for any and all of your computer needs. I promise he will not disappoint!

As a writer who nearly lost all her documents, I knew I needed some help understanding how to properly save them and use a flash drive. No matter how detailed the YouTube tutorials were, they did not help. I went to Brian, and he was very helpful, and walked me through every way to save them. He explained how to use a flash drive, and how to use OneDrive. He's very experienced and I will return with more computer questions.

I stopped by on a Monday morning to get my computer checked out after it wouldn't hold a charge. Brian was at his desk and was available to help me right away. He offered excellent advice and a great solution for my problem. I highly recommend C R Computers and will go back if I am ever in the area with computer issues.

Brian is awesome! I fried my power supply and possibly motherboard on an old and well loved PC while playing with circuit breakers at my home and was concerned I may have lost 15 years of photos and files I had not backed up properly. Brian was not only able to recover all of the files I was concerned about but also was able to transfer them to a new machine he had set up with Windows 10 and higher RAM, all for $100. The new machine he set up for me represented a massive upgrade from my old PC, and he took the time to set up all of my previous apps, programs and file structures. This is the 4th time I've came to Brian to fix my messes over a 15 year period and as always has never let me down. He's extremely thorough, fast and highly dedicated to client service. I wouldn't recommend any else for PC repair and/or upgrades!

He cleaned out my computer and was very thorough on explaining what issues my laptop had and how and what they do. I am very happy with his service and will definitely recommend and will take my laptop back if it needs to be fixed again. He is reasonable on the price as well.

Not only is Brian fast and reliable, but he gives good information and advice. He did all my major work for years while I lived in Hibbing, and now that I have moved, I still call for advice when my computer has an issue.
