We're a k-12 school district and have been customers of ByteSpeed for a long time. They offer solid products with great support and are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Warranty work/support is top notch.

These guys are fantastic! We have been using them exclusively for over 10 years for Servers, PCs, and laptops and will not go anywhere else. I'm not sure you could buy the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty they have on servers and PCs from anyone else! When I first started, we were still running Exchange 2003. We had a hard drive failure and I was not well versed in Exchange. They overnighted a replacement hard drive for a Saturday delivery and got on the phone with me - on a Saturday morning - to help get the server up and running. They are personal and engaged - the total package!

The staff at Bytespeed have been great to work with. They are quick to respond and resolve any questions we may have. We have been very happy with their products and have found them to be very reliable. Like anything with tech, sometimes things do break, but Bytespeed tech support is quick to send us any part quickly that is under warranty. They have done a great job with their ClaaS app streaming solution for schools. It has been a great solution for our remote students to keep up on school work that usually was only available to them on higher-end lab computers for apps like Inventor and Illustrator. It is a great partnership.

Our school district has been buying from Bytespeed for several years. We have bought Desktop computers, laptop computers, Nucs, VR machines, and Chromebooks. I have always had good results. On the rare occasion that there has been a problem, Bytespeed is quick to repair it or replace it. Their warranty program is the best. During Covid, I would get phone calls and emails when new supplies would come in. I appreciate the personal customer service that I receive. If I need a computer I think of Bytespeed first.

We have been using Bytespeed computers for a number of years now in our nursing home. We have a variety of products including servers, desktops, laptops, tablets and touch screen kiosks. I am always amazed with the turn around time for shipment of my order and their customer service is stellar. From receiving quotes to delivery of the final purchase, the process is smooth. The 5 year warranty and lifetime support is a plus, but I don't call support very often! I appreciated talking to a real person from sales to support and am thankful we found Bytespeed. They make my job so much easier!

Support is responsive even though I've rarely had to use them as the PCs thus far have been incredibly stable, and with a 5 year warranty you know they stand behind their products.

We have ordered desktops, laptops, servers, wireless access points and switches for our school district and have always been very pleased with our purchases. Any of our purchasing questions are taken care of and quotes are sent out immediately. The tech support is top notch! If they can't resolve a problem over the phone, they will get on the computer and see if it can be fixed remotely. If parts are needed, they are mailed out immediately or if a laptop needs to be sent back, they send the return mail form and it goes back at their expense and is returned quickly. I have many dealers that call that want to supply our technology needs and I always tell them, "You can't compete with what I receive from Bytespeed!"
