BYKlyn Studios - Indoor cycling in Brooklyn - 309 Bergen St, USA

I’ve been going to a “big box” gym in Brooklyn for years and thought I was happy, until I tried Byklyn. The vibe is great, the community is friendly and the trainers/instructors are inspirational and supportive. I love walking in there. Its such a great resource in the neighborhood!

I started my first cycling class at BYKlyn this summer. I have tried several classes with different instructors. They are all very friendly and have distinct styles. The staff are also very welcoming. The lovely open-air cycling room is my favorite. If you usually feel intimidated to exercise in a gym, I highly recommend to visit here.

I've been coming to BYKlyn off and on for a few years now and have finally gotten into a really steady rhythm, part in thanks to the variety of classes they now offer in their new space. All of the instructors are friendly and approachable and have their own style of teaching their classes so you can find someone just your style. They make it fun, and it's a nice perk that it's a dog friendly place if you want some puppy love at the end of class!

BYKlyn offers a great range of classes and teachers--I haven't tried one that I haven't liked yet! I especially appreciate the open-air cycling studio, which has made for an easier transition to indoor group classes post-COVID. I always come out of classes feeling challenged but not intimidated. This is a very "real" gym, no judgments, just exercise endorphins!

BYKlyn is a great neighborhood fitness studio. The interior is beautiful, the coaches are inclusive and motivating, and the overall vibe has been really welcoming and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

BYKLYN is a very special place. They were one of the only companies operating in Brooklyn during the pandemic due to being able to spin outside with headphones on (even in the middle of winter!). Now they have a gorgeous indoor/outdoor space for that allows for a variety of classes in an accessible area in Brooklyn. I have recently taken the Strength & Conditioning class which is a great strength based workout which you can adapt to your ability.

Your friendly, local spin class. More affordable than SoulCycle, and I like that they give you headphones to wear during rides, so you can adjust the music volume to your liking. They also offer a bunch of non-spin classes, like yoga and Pilates.

Great facility. Bikes are well maintained and facility is clean. I personally would prefer more intense classes but staff is incredibly friendly and you get a decent workout.
