Byblos Express pleasantly surprised me! The cozy ambiance, accompanied by soothing instrumental music, made for a relaxing experience. The service struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving us space to enjoy our meal. The gyro lunch plate exceeded expectations, with deliciously generous servings of tzatziki and hummus perfectly complementing the flavorful lamb and beef. Definitely a spot worth visiting when in the area.
Side note: to address some of the comments that said they had or wait to be seated: I waited about a minute or so to be greeted and seated but the food, drinks, and check came out so promptly that it more than made up for the very minor delay upon arrival. Give this place a chance, you won’t regret it!
This was some of the greatest food I’ve ever had. The community was awesome I love the atmosphere and me and my business buddies had a great time. I left the greatest tip ever. Thank you for the experience.
Absolutely delicious food here! The pita was soft and really good. The gyro meat tasted fresh and hot, too! The hummus was very tasty, too! I ordered the gyro plate and my boyfriend ordered the gyro sandwich. I recommend trying either one!
This place was a pleasant surprise! We were craving Greek but didn’t want to go to Cava and found this place a few miles down. Food was delicious, plate was warm and salad was fresh. Staff was very friendly and the place was clean, quiet, and inviting with the soft instrumental tunes. We’re definitely coming back!
It is difficult to find vegan options and I was happy that they had a vegan plate, so I could sample a little bit of everything. I was skeptical of some of the items of not being vegan so I did not eat them. It comes with 2 dolmas were yummy, eggplant musaka, pilaf rice flavorful, salad (the sauce on top tasted like it had dairy, so I did not eat it), garlic sauce (not convinced it was vegan), tasy hummus, and the pita bread looked & tasted like naan bread (delicious). Ordered a Lebanese tea with lemonade & rose water, a delightful & interesting combination. Although the food was great, the tea was my favorite thing.
Because I was not sure everything was vegan, I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5. Also they did not have falafels on the menu
Such a great find here in Highlands Ranch! Very friendly and the food is delicious. Probably the best falafels I’ve ever had! The warm pitas are so soft and finished our meal with baklava!
A very unassuming Greek restaurant. The food here is delicious and cheap. The gyros are amazing, and probably the thing to order if you’re on the fence. This place is just as good as any of the Middle Eastern restaurants in South Denver.

This was my first time coming here. The food was great and there's a lot of it! I suggest the chile rellenos skillet. The wait staff was attentive and very polite. I love the cozy feeling of the restaurant itself. I'll be back for sure!
