Your receptionist is VERY RUDE and unaccomodating. She hung up on me 3 times, made huffy noises in my ear, and told me I was being "too persistent" when I called to ask about an email address where I can send an open invoice. I called once and asked for a good contact for accounts recievable. She transferred me to a voice mail so I called back and politely asked for an email address. She interrupted me several times huffing that she had just transferred me to accounts recievable and did I leave a voicemail..I told her I hadn't and I only called back to see if she could give me an email to send the invoice to. She rudely said she couldn't and she would transfer me to someone else in that department. She then transferred me to a fax line...So I called back and she got even more rude saying then that I was being too persistent when I asked to speak with someone who had a better attitude. She then hung up on me. When I called back she said, "You're just going to keep calling aren't you.." I told her I would like to speak with her superior and she said I can mail the invoices. I said that I didn't have an address so she gave it to me in a big rush that I couldn't understand and I told her that and asked her to repeat it. She continued to be rude so I again asked for someone else who could help me. She said I can get the address online and hung up. I called back and she hung up without even answering the call. I suggest your company SERIOUSLY consider hiring someone with better phone etiquette to represent your company as the first point of contact for callers.
