If you’re booking through Airbnb DO NOT book any listings under “Nanu”, “Julio” or “Sebastian” I booked one of their units on the 26th floor through Airbnb booked twice months apart. First time no issue with booking did notice some mold in the bathroom and notified the host at the end left a nice review. Assuming things were taken care of we booked for a second time now this time (still has mold, sheets have stains of makeup, and couches have weird stain) we check out & a day later receive a message from Nanu yelling at me like she was my mother accusing me of breaking a lock! I did not break anything & have pictures of the conditions that I left the apartment, Nothing was stolen & upon reviewing pictures she provided airbnb they were stickers?? …. They are falsifying pictures and breaking things themselves to gain an extra $100 after paying $900 + THEY ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT BOOK.

View at the intercost are perfect. Appartment is now old and dirt, Need a urgent renovation. Carpet and furniture are very uggly.

No one ever calls you back if you have any questions you may need answered. It was dirty & looked old never had any house keeping & then was charged an extra 400$ horrible experience for the price u can find a much nicer place

Outstanding location, horrible service and ownership. Almost exclusively Latin, mainly from South America. On site bar and restaurant with pool on the a1a.

This place is a scam. Tickets at work booked this place for my wife and I. But it is closed how does this happen. Now getting the runaround to get my money back.

Hicimos una reservación en hotels.com y nos mandaron una gran lista de todo lo que debías cumplir en su propiedad. A la hora de decir cancelarlo han tenido el descaro de tener nuestro dinero por mas de 4 meses Y NO lo han devuelto y siguen haciendo reservas de las personas . Esto realmente es una estafa. Se pueden quedar en lugares mucho más bonitos y mejores precios. OJO NO SE QUEDEN EN ESTA PROPIEDAD SON EDTAFADORES!!!
