Buzz Inn Steakhouse - Steak house in Marysville - 1065 State Ave, USA

This was mine and my wife's first time at this restaurant. We were greeted and seated when we came in with no wait time. There was only 3 other tables with people in the whole restaurant. The table we were seated at was dirty to the point my shirt stuck to the table. This caused my shirt to be stained. I requested the table to be cleaned and the server acted like I asked them to bring me a million dollars. She was just flabbergasted by the request. They didn't offer anything for my shirt getting damaged. I ordered the Big Texas dinner and it came out looking really good. I ordered the steak medium but it cam out well done. The steak was lacking in flavor. With the reaction I got from asking the table to be cleaned I didn't want to know how they would react to me sending back the steak. The Mac and Cheese was good. The bacon on the potato was chilled like it came out of the refrigerator. This caused the bacon to have no flavor. The potato was wou cooked perfect but had no butter, only the other toppings. There is so much potential here. Some minor corrections and this place could be great.

Mixed, the day we went our eggs, Benedict was perfect, but the hashbrowns were cooked on one side and oily in the middle. So it looked good but had to peal off the fried outside to eat. Ended up taking home and continued cooking. That said you would think I would give less stars but the waitstaff was friendly and fast and I really loved the eggs Benedict in fact every weekend we try a new place for them and they really made them well, maybe a touch more vinegar for a bite in the sauce but very good.

Though short-staffed, this place is good. Only two servers and those girls were working hard, and their efforts were appreciated. Tried the loaded tots for an appetizer, and they were great. Though I didn't order it myself, one in my party got one of the half-pound burgers and it was excellent. Would certainly come back.

Came out to eat brunch with a friend and was sat in a corner next to the area they place the dirty dishes, the floor in front of it was disgusting. I hope they move this out of the sight of people trying to eat

I was really excited to go to the new location for the buzz inn here in Marysville. Unfortunately, they were understaffed. The server we had didn't bring my friend her drink. I went to the bar and grabbed it. When I came back, I tried to grab a cup of water as well because she still hadn't seen to our table. She yelled at me that I was going to spill it and she would bring me a glass. She proceeded to ignore us for the entire visit. I got my salad from a different girl and tried to shrug it off. Munching down on one of their delicious black and blue steak salads. I came across a raw onion ring that had already been dipped in egg and batter. Super soggy at the bottom of the salad.

I came here the evening of 5/6/23 with my friends and their 2 little kids. I ordered the Tsunami skillet and good gracious was that delicious!!!! It had Everything. Eggs, country gravy, cheese, bacon, ham, sausage, shredded hashbrowns, diced potatoes, green peppers, and onions. Only $14.99 for all that food. I tried a piece of bacon from my friend's mother-in-law's plate and it was Perfect! Thick cut, crispy but chewy too. My friend got some of the white cheddar mac and cheese. I tried a little and it was So Good! Buzz Inn's white mac and cheese is the way it's meant to be! Sharp and full of flavor! The staff was great! Friendly and wonderful women. We were seated quickly for the size of our party (6). We were mostly helped by a lady with dark brown hair in a high messy bun with glasses on her head. She provided amazing service and was accommodating of dietary needs, special requests, and the 2 young kids! I didn't catch her name, but she definitely deserves a raise! She's a very hard worker!

Look... I'm giving this place 5 stars because it is exactly what it is. Solid and quick dinner American food, friendly waitresses and simple decorations that fit the theme. This ain't the ritz, but it's perfect for what it is. A simple local dive that doesn't put on frills. I don't know about you but I love when I get what I'm expecting for a quick and tasty meal. I’ve been in there numerous time since they changed locations and the last 4 times I’ve been in there I’ve left after waiting 45 minutes to have my order taken. There have been multiple occasions where I’ve had to up and leave because I feel like I’m being looked straight through like a ghost as I’m waiting over 40 minutes for an inkling of service. I feel like having a bigger environment and even more staff than before, there should be no excuse for this and it’s disappointing to have to experience time and time again!
