Butterfield Inn - Motel in Fort Davis - 201 State St, USA

Butterfield Inn has a perfect location. Easy access to shops, restaurants and the McDonald observatory. We loved the real fireplace and the logs were supplied by the management. Beds were comfortable and our cottage was very clean. I wish I could give it 100 stars.

Nice little Cottages located right off of the main street (State Street). Self contained cottage with mini-fridge, microwave, mini coffee pot, fireplace, kingsize bed, 1 bath with hair dryer, Nice courtyard with a BBQ pit. We enjoyed our stay as we visited Historic Fort Davis National site (2 miles away) and McDonald Observatory (17 miles away).

A cozy frontier cottage, with a large livable space. Two big queen beds with plenty of pillows, hot shower and an abundance of towels. We enjoyed rocking and reclining with hot tea after a busy day in Big Bend. WiFi, mini frig. and microwave a plus!

Great service! Courage was clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful! The cottages are pet- friendly and there’s enough space to leave your furry friend and they be comfortable. The location is beautiful and relaxing! Great experience!

These cottages are perfect. Nicely decorated (and not over decorated), comfortable bed and nice recliner for watching TV. The courtyard is a little oasis off the main street. You can walk to coffee or dinner and are just a short drive to Davis Mountain State Park. I will definitely stay here again.

The cleanest place in town! Was going to stay at the old drugstore but it's just not the same. I found out the previous owners are now owners of Butterfield so I had to go stay there! She adds very unique touches to each room. Highly recommend

This is a wonderful, relaxing, and very comfortable place to stay in when you are in Fort Davis! The extremely helpful and kind people that work and run the Butterfield Inn are AMAZING! Jennifer and Adriana treated us like family! It was snowing when we had planned to drive to Fort Davis and we had planned to stay at the State Park, in hammocks, but we wanted to make a change and stay somewhere that had more shelter. I had talk to Jennifer earlier that morning and all the rooms were booked up. But she was incredibly helpful when a cancellation happened, and we were able to book a room and spend the snowy night in a very warm and cozy cabin! Adriana was very kind to call us and check on us as we were driving in the snow, and kept in contact with us to make sure we made it to our cabin safely. My husband and I are definitely customers for life!!!

Very quiet cottage right off main street. Comfortable bed. Clean. Accommodating host. Most things in town close at 5. Gas station, shops, etc. Not many choices of resturants. Plan ahead. Parking close and they have a wagon to put luggage in to take to your room.
