Love the re-vamp they did to this park this year (2023). Tons of open space with little league fields, pickleball courts, swimming pool and tennis courts! It also has a full ada accessible playground. Also lots of covered picnic tables and shaded areas to beat the heat with.
Best new park south of Denver. Sensory playground, public pool, splash pad, kids pool, full size basketball court, tennis courts and 6 new pickleball courts.
Update: went to the grand re-opening tonight and this park is so awesome now. Like maybe I need to go enjoy this playground or play some pickleball or basketball. And there's still all the paths to walk around and the pool. But the new park has a bunch of fancy equipment including a sensor game that is meant to be played with 2 to 4 people where you follow the lights that light up. And there is a rock park where you can decorate a rock and help inspire creativity in the community. There is a little climbing wall. There is a high-speed slide. There is a musical area where people can work together and make music. There is an area for DJ's and performers. There are lots of covered picnic benches. There is a small softball field. There is a large football field. And there is even a zipline style slide for the kiddos. This park is so cool now and it was made with love and care. We are lucky to live nearby to be able to use it so frequently.
This place is really freaking awesome!! I visited the playground area with my toddler and we had a blast! Such a unique and very cool place that is equipped with zip lines, a painted rock garden, slides built into the landscape and even a giant 4 player electronic game that reminded me of the game “Bop-it!” from the 90’s.
I noticed there was an awesome public pool area as well, but since we visited after dinner hour/early evening that area was already closed but I plan to go back during pool hours one of these days and check it out. It looked really awesome as well and included a full-size pool, a kiddie pool and a splash pad/splash park all in the same area.
I highly recommend checking this park out. Seemed to have something for everyone!
The new possibilities playground is impressive and inclusive. Lots to do for a wide range of players. A big tower with tube slides, a self-propelled treadmill, two ziplines, a big slide, and various swings decorate the park. There is also a rock garden, a place to learn braille and sign language and a music area. Bathrooms are improved and the whole area is infinitely more usable.
Playground is pretty dangerous for small kids and not well kept. Swing is broken. Sharp metal is sticking up from benches. And no side rails to prevent small kids from falling off of playground set along with loose screws and nuts.
New, impressive courts in Castle Rock. Restrooms clean and close, water available. Only challenge, which they handle in a very clever way - only 1 gate for each set of three courts. When a game ends at the far end, games being played move over away from the gate, so new players go to court closest to the gate. Pickleball people are the best!
This is a beautiful park that recently hosted a 3v3 soccer tournament. The fields or grass area is currently a little rough. My biggest complaint is how poorly maintained the bathrooms are. The smell is awful and they are generally quite unsanitary. If you don’t have to use the restroom you should be fine!

We love the Challenge Hill and Trails at Philip S. Miller Park. The Challenge Hill is challenging enough for the whole family, and we all enjoy the view at the top. The grounds are beautiful and there are fun things to do and see all around.
Very large open space park with rolling hills, a water park for kids, several jungle gyms, a rock climbing wall area, a sky jungle gym and 200 steps to the top of a hill that of course you have to at least attempt. It's like a big or small kids dream
First time at Rhyolite Regional Park and I have to say it is a great park. It has a playground, a soccer field, a dirt bike trail section, and a very good 18 hole/basket disc golf course with concrete tee pads. Also the baskets are all painted white,

Great park. Absolutely massive flat field that is great for any activity and is very well maintained. Pickleball courts, some of which are new, in total I think about 8. Also basketball court and playground for kids. Overall, great place.
The best CrossFit gym and community. You always feel welcome. No matter your past experience of fitness the coaches are always willing to help and meet you where youâre at. Be careful. This sport/gym is addicting!!
