Butter Cafe & Bakery - American restaurant in San Dimas - 671 E Bonita Ave STE F, USA

The food here is really delicious. The pancakes were light and fluffy and the syrup was perfect. The French toast was super tasty but would have been just as good with a tad less Nutella on top. Service was very friendly as well. The atmosphere was average. They have a lot of delicious bakery options up front for take home. The establishment itself is like a dine-in/fast food hybrid. You get disposable everything (which didn't bother me). The food is not something to look over and definitely is worth a taste. If you are a light eater I suggest sharing a meal.

I had the BLT, but I was not impressed. The white bread was tasteless (cheap, low quality ?), but the other ingredients OK, a generous serving of fries was included. I noticed a couple of employees eating at the pass through window, waiting for meals to be picked up, I would think that this should not be allowed. The dining area is stark, nothing to breakup the noisy sounds of conversations and employees yelling for customers to pickup their orders. Softly recommended, hope the next visit will be better.

Very good descent size bakery/cafe. The food is great and it’s a perfect spot for a good lunch or weekend stop by. I had the turkey sandwich, sugar cookie, Blondie all of which were good.

Super busy on the weekends. It seemed that they renewed the menu. The curry rice bowl was actually not bad, more Japanese style.

I would take off a star because they don’t let you tip on credit cards, but I don’t want to bring down the rating. Owner, if you’re reading this, please allow tips on credit cards! Your staff works very hard, and they deserve to be shown appreciation by people who aren’t caring cash 🙂 Food is always great, plenty of seating indoor and out (we bring our dog outside a lot), and the staff is great, especially David! Super helpful, courteous, and professional!

The service is ridiculously good with the sweetest workers that give great recommendations and the food is so yummy with the a delicious comforting taste. Honestly such a great atmosphere and great hospitality it feels like having a home cooked meal:) !

I've had a more pleasant atmosphere and food for the price. The coffee was burnt, and my omelet looked like a keesh. I'd say try it once you decide

Great place for a good cup of coffee/espresso based beverage & breakfast!! Sundays are busy - try to go after 100pm to avoid the crowds. Breakfast burrito is the best around! Quick lunch spot on the weekdays. Very nice employees.
