wanted to take a minute and give a compliment to the Butte KOA and staff.
When we arrived Jill and Doug were very welcoming, friendly and professional. We asked for a quiet site due to our reactive rescue dog. They took the time to discuss the best sites for our needs and didn’t just blow us off and give us the first thing that came up. We really appreciate that.
The KOA itself was very clean. The grounds, the showers, the laundry room, everything was nice. We would definitely
stay there again.
The place is bereft of trees but one expects that at most KOAs. Staff are good.
The bathrooms are simply outstanding. By far the best I have ever been to in any campground ever. And honestly better than many hotels I have been to.
Shower house and bathrooms are nice. Spots were not what we expected and were not as level as expected. We had multiple campers and when we asked if we could move one - we were told they were sold out. This was not true as many spots were open that night. This campground was also very expensive with few trees. ||It is in a convenient location and next to a very nice walking path.
Excellent location. Easy in & out. Park is clean & staffs are very friendly & helpful. There's a trail behind where one can walk their pets. Trail has poop bags. Tourist Information Center is right behind & it provide a bus tour 3 times/day. Great way to know Butte. We highly recommend this park & will return next year.
The site and accommodations are very good. My only complaint was that our site seemed to collect water run-off from the surrounding areas.
There was an extensive video path adjacent to the KOA that was very enjoyable.
Hiking the CDT, this place feels like an oasis. Jill and Kyle were running the front desk and immediately made me feel welcomed and at home. The campground itself is centrally located, with bars and grocery nearby, and the tent spot I was assigned was flat and clean with plenty of shade. Exceeded my expectations thoroughly
Lovely campground in a nice area next to a walking trail. Sites are nice and big, facilities super clean and the staff very nice and helpful. Plenty of room for laundry and not over the top expensive, making needing to do a surprise load, a breeze!
This is a below average KOA with poorly maintained grounds. We paid extra for a KOA patio site but found that these premium sites are in one of the poorest locations in the campground. These sites are the closest to the very noisy I-90 interstate. On the first site we were assigned, if we parked the trailer next to the patio, even with extensions we could not reach the sewer or water hookups. Fortunately they were able to move us to a better site. The sites at some point had grass but it has not been watered and is all brown and is rapidly deteriorating to dirt. Our site had no shade.
Beautiful place, just walking in did wonders for my nervous system. Enoch is a bright light and Butte is very lucky him here. Inspiring art, healing stones, peaceful plant waves. Thank you for the special visit.
Visited here just before going to watch a Montana Tech football game to pick up a cap. Such great staff! Iâll be representing the team back here in the UK, ha! Honestly the hospitality was fantastic, great store, canât recommend it enough. Lookin
This is such a cool place. Really great environment and full of butte history. The owner was bad tending and was so friendly and easy to talk with. Iâm sad we donât live closer because I would be there all the time! Totally worth the stop!!
