Within a 2hr. window BTS was able to transfer 100's of files documents, apps, etc. to my new laptop. two days later in the mist of a holiday they checked back to insure all was working to my expectations. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because by rule; I never do. Thank you BTS!!!
