I have been working with BCR for many years with our office computers and my home computers and have always been very happy with their work. Everyone is always very helpful and they take care of you very quickly. I highly recommend them.

My laptop crashed, so looking for a place to have it repaired, I found Business Computer Resources. They had a 5 star rating on the internet so I decided to take it there. I'm so glad I did because they were able to fix it in a matter of days at a reasonable price. Alma was great and Dana performed a miracle in getting me up and running. I recommend them highly.

The tech was very personable and knowledgeable and took time to throughly answer all my questions. Alma helped me chose a computer for my needs. Business Computer Resorces transferred my files and downloaded the programs that I would need. For the past 8 years as Office Manager for my company, I have worked with BCR on an almost daily basis. They are the "go to" people for everything from routine computer maintenance to moving and setting up the entire office computer system in our new building. Now that I am pretty much retired, I continue to use their services for my home computer. My work computer was dropped and the screen separated from the frame. The cover cracked every time I tried to close it. It was literally held together with duct tape. When I brought in my laptop, Business Computer Resources, Inc. found the parts for the repairs that stayed within my budget, was in constant contact with me about the progress (because they knew this was a time sensitive repair), went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were thorough and not just a "band-aid" that would require more work in the near future, and they charged me a more than fair price to essentially give me a new computer! I HIGHLY recommend this business. They are a small local company with BIG customer service and skills. You will not be disappointed! And, if you are lucky, Ollie the parrot will come out and meet you.

We all need competent service people with integrity. We need a good mechanic, A/C guy, plumber and computer person (to name just a few) among those “people”. BCR has been our “computer person” for several years. We were a little distressed when we saw they were no longer at the location we had gone to in the past, but relieved to find out that they moved just a few miles down the road. The office is staffed with people who clearly value customer service. They are friendly and efficient and are able to interpret your non-computer language as you explain your computer problems and use language you can understand when describing what they will do to fix them. I also felt confident that the personal and sensitive data on my computer would not be compromised. I have complete trust in the integrity of the staff. My recent computer issue was software related and took two days to repair. I received a friendly phone call from Alma each afternoon keeping me up to date on the progress. I found their invoice to be fair and quite reasonable for the service rendered. If you’re looking for your “computer person”, look no further than BCR.

BCR were Life savers when my hard drive containing years of unbacked up files, suddenly crashed! The files were miraculously recovered, a new hard drive properly formatted, and all of my files transferred to the new hard drive! I was back up and running 24 hours after dropping off my machine to them! Unbelievably fast, reasonable, friendly, and super-competent service! Five stars all the way!
