Burtons Grill & Bar - American restaurant in Westford - 1 Cornerstone Square, USA

I had the short rib sandwich and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'll cut-to-chase. The rib meat was tender and full of flavor! A great sandwich start to finish. The parmesan cheese fries were quite tasty. Fellow diner found the salmon delicious. It is a fairly loud place.

Good food. A bit expensive, but good tasting food and great portions. Nice to see a restaurant that offers a guarantee to make their food gluten free. Our server was also very friendly and well mannered. The food took some time to get to us but we had no issues whatsoever with the food or the service.

I wanted to recognize the manager this evening. I recently had a baby so my family and I ordered food through door dash. We found upon arrival that we were missing one of the meals and the bread service. I called in and the manager delivered our missing items! I was truly surprised. Outstanding service.

I had eaten with a small group of friends here for one of our birthdays last month (7 of us) and had a terrible experience. Our drinks kept coming out wrong, we were given a glass of wine that was more than double the price of the one we asked for. We were informed they were out of short rib 25 minutes after we ordered. Then as our entrees were hitting the table, we were made aware they couldn’t make one of our guest’s entrees due to an issue with her allergy. Yes, thankfully they caught the issue, but I don’t understand how that wasn’t caught until the food was ready… And she was the one we were there to celebrate. She had to wait another 20 minutes for not only her meal, but also the drink she ordered. Four of us ordered steaks medium rare and they all came out well done and cold as well as the chicken on one of our salads. However, our server never came around until the end of the meal, so we couldn’t even bring it to her attention until then. Burtons was alway our choice for celebrations, but sadly we won’t be back after this all around horrible experience. I had tried emailing management, but never heard back. Very unfortunate.

Nice spot for dinner. Prices similar to Applebees or the 99, but feels more upscale. Good food, my chicken Cordon Blue was a little dry, but would still go back.

Great place to grab some good food. Sat down at the bar around 1pm place was lively but not packed and was eating a perfect medium rare classic burger by 1:20pm. Fast friendly service. Fries were cut in house and tasted very fresh. Will be back for sure.

Their food was perfectly seasoned and well prepared. The portions were generous too. And the staff were super friendly, knowledgeable about the food and dedicated to providing great service. Marley was our server/bartender. She greeted us warmly and made sure our experience was enjoyable.

Decided to try Burtons Grill today. We arrived during lunch time expecting a lunch menu. No lunch specials. Our waitress was very sweet. We ordered bread, the loaf was on the small side and $4.50. We also ordered a cheeseburger which we shared. The French fries were mediocre, the burger was good. The prices are high, the food was ok nothing special. My husband wanted to leave the minute he saw the prices 🙄 the burger was $18.00.
