Burntwood Tavern - American restaurant in Westlake - 12 Main St, USA

The overall experience at this establishment was mediocre at best and three stars is generous. We started off having to wait, which in itself is not a problem. However even after being seated we sat for long periods of time without the staff taking our order or even drinks. We started off with the tavern tater tots which were the only satisfactory item we ate during our meal. Then our food came. The California chicken sandwich was incredibly bland and the only saving grace of the plate was the standard fries, nothing special. The filet was severely undercooked to what was ordered. Attached is a picture of it, we had ordered a medium which you can clearly see it is not. The blackened shrimp street tacos were laughable, contrary to the name, the shrimp was not blackened in the slightest. Combine all of the subpar food with the lackluster service I would not recommend this place unless you are willing to waste some time.

The food is really great with different options in their menu. Well serve dishes and good quality. The burntwood burger is a must, the chicken burger and the tacos are also good recommendations. They have a good and tasty variety of draft beers. In general it’s a great and recommended place. The only point against, are the waiting times which are too long. But the service, attention and quality of the food and variety of beers makes it at the end a good experience.

I came in around 6 on Saturday, the restaurant was packed and there was a wait however the hostess with the red hair was very accommodating and super friendly towards all guests. Food was a little cold after waiting a long time, but understandable due to the business. Overall super welcoming environment and great food!

Great quiet atmosphere. The music is low, and it's not echoie like many modern places. Good selection of American dishes. The service was very slow considering we ordered sandwiches. The restrooms needed a bit of attention when we went.

I had such an amazing visit the other day and I will be back. The chicken sliders are amazing. Shane is my favorite server! I was a waitress for 15 years. I can recognize good service when I see it.

2 hours of waiting for someone to take our orders and begged him to get our checks to us. Food was good but not worth the awful service. Other Burntwood locations are fine but the Crocker location is consistently bad

We went here over the weekend and the food was AMAZING! We got the tots for an appetizer & those were so yummy! Spencer was our server and he was so on it with everything. The manager (Cameron) stopped by to make sure everything was good as well. We got the tots, a steak, burger, & salmon and everything was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better dinner we’ll definitely be back soon!!!
