We had an office retirement buffet lunch in the private area. Mike was great to work with to arrange the time. The food was amazing, and the service was even better! The atmosphere was very nice, but it was a bit noisy since only a curtain divides the private area from the main dining area. All in all we had a great experience and would do it again!
The table was dirty. There was only 1 person taking orders and it took almost an hour for us to get our food. Steak didn't have any seasoning.
Feb 1 2023 and we arrived for lunch at 12:00. Seemed there was confusion over where to seat us in this very large restaurant by 3 different people. After deciding on who would wait on us, our waitress took our drink order, then a waiter approached our table and introduced himself as our waiter. Being from another state and traveling there for an appointment close by, we just do not understand the terrific reviews given for this restaurant which is why we decided it would be a good place to stop. The ladies room was pretty dirty around the floor. I really didn't want to touch anything, questioning how unsanitary things might be. Our food took way too long to arrive, We were told the staff was waiting for the french fries to finish. Does that mean our sandwiches were just sitting around all that time? When they arrives my fish sandwich was less than mediocre, (I only ate the fish, really. ) The french fries were a very poor substitute for REAL french fries. I ate 3. My husband's grilled chicken sandwich was worse than my sandwich, and was really inedible with soggy bread. The chicken was burned and extremely dry, so he ate a few bites of my fish. And finally, the bill was not cheap for what we actually ate. We would not recommend this restaurant, at all. Why anyone would give this place all stars as a grand place to eat was completely lost on us. A very disappointing experience as a whole.
The burger was delicious. The special sauce was delicious, and the burger was juicy. The Turkey BLT was also pretty good. It could have used some special sauce, too. The French fries were fresh and seasoned perfectly. We were in the area for hockey game. I am glad we stopped here.
I met a friend at the Solon location for dinner and drinks. The atmosphere is comfortable and the decor is unique. There are many comfort food choices on the menu; all of them looked fantastic as they were being brought to other tables. My dinner choice was the burntwood burger. It was one of the best tasting burgers I had so far. It did not disappoint. Early in our dinner, the manager even stopped by the table to see if things were going well. I had requested that the manager stop back by the table after we were all finished up and the bill was paid. We extended more complements of how good the food was and the friendliness of the staff. The manager name was Mike and appreciated hearing the positive comments we had. When I have a GREAT experience at restaurants, I do like to speak with the manager directly about the awesome dining experience we had. I live in another state, but I would definitely like to dine there again when back in the area.
The atmosphere was lovely and service was amazing. This was my first time at Burntwood tavern and I enjoyed it so much. We came at the start of happy hour. Megan was our server and I could gush about her all day. Never a moment with an empty glasses or hungry stomachs or most important an awkward moment. I can't wait to go back.
I reserved this location this past Sunday for my post graduation dinner party. My overall experience was amazing. From the start of me booking a 15 person reservation with Natisha (who by the way is very personable) to the end of my dinner party. Our waiter Daniel was very attentive. He was able to offer his opinions on different food and drink options. He let us know the popular menu options. He was quick to respond to my guest needs. Our food was very good! The pasta came out a little dry, but Daniel brought out more alfredo sauce with no problem to quickly fix it. That was great! My dinner started at 5pm on a Sunday which was considered happy hour (we couldn’t believe it, definitely a plus) Some of my guess ordered appetizers and drinks and those were all amazing, no complaints. Our experience was so good we asked to speak with the manager to let them know just how good it was. It happened to be Natisha. She has a very beautiful spirit. I’ll definitely be telling everyone about this location and I’ll be back very soon!
Great spot! I totally enjoyed finding this place. Bartender was very nice, Calamari was awesome and the Kentucky Bourbon barrel beer was delicious. I totally enjoyed this place!
This was a really nice restaurant I came across. The atmosphere was really nice. Really elegant. The staff was very welcoming and sweet. I treated my sweetly here for a date night . We both had two very hearty salads ! The whole balsamic was deliciou
I wanted a burger and to watch the game, I came here off the recommendation of my brother. Food; good selection of bar food staples and tasty. Service; attentive and personable. Bar has a divey, chill, laid back vibe
My husband and I were craving burgers, so this seemed like a good spot and we were not wrong! It's not often that you find a restaurant who actually knows how to cook a burger medium, but they did at Yours Truly! The chili is amazing, too.
We had a great dinner at Rusty Bucket on a quiet Sunday night. We had the Brussel sprouts and fried pickle appetizers and both were delicious. I would take a trip back here specifically for the Chicky Chicky bowl - SO good! And I added an over easy e
