First- trainers are great! However, the management/customer service was awful. Nobody ever answers the phone, I tried canceling my membership because daycare is always so full and my kids didn’t enjoy being packed into the small room. Not their problem, but I couldn’t get a hold of them for at least two months, and their *terrible* app wouldn’t let me. Typical membership system where it’s impossible to cancel. They then started charging me after my 6 month membership was up, the more expensive rate of $175 and I still never could get a call back. The customer service rep finally emailed me after I texted some number they use to hound you to come back to class and accused me of never calling so they won’t refund me. Absolute red flags. Hopefully they get better office staff/management. The trainers and daycare staff were great.

Hands down the best gym in Eugene, probably even the best gym I’ve ever joined! The staff is always welcoming and upbeat. The trainers are amazing and truly care about your individualized goals. The whole Burn Community cheers you on to do you best. If you feel intimidated, do not be - Burn is inclusive to all people and all levels of fitness!

Burn Boot Camp has been life changing for me! I have attended for over two years and it is the greatest investment I have made. The atmosphere is always so positive and inclusive. The complimentary Childwatch is such a game changer and allows me to truly take the 45 minutes for myself. The trainers care about more than just working you physically, but also emotionally as well. You get individual, private training in a group fitness setting. Finally, there is a spot for everyone at Burn. There are modifications for any of your needs or physical abilities, so you never have to worry about not being about to succeed. If you’ve been waiting for some kind of sign to try it out, consider this your sign! Go!

Burn Boot Camp Eugene is the best gym I have ever came across!! The trainers are absolutely amazing and all the staff are so friendly!! I have stepped up my gym routine immensely and easily because of Burn!!!! They make it easy by having child watch readily available, and because they tell you what to do!!! No more guessing your workouts, and you always have someone by your side helping you push through!! I highly recommend Burn if your ready to step up your fitness and lifestyle routine!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Burn Boot Camp, Eugene. The workout is always challenging and varied and is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. The community they have built is amazing, and I felt welcome from the beginning. I also love their free childcare, making the studio a nice little getaway for moms! Thank you for having me while I was in town.

This is not your average workout facility! It's at least 10x more amazing than any gym I've ever experienced. The exercises can be modified to fit any fitness level, so don't be intimated! GO! I started at Burn after having two kids and, sadly, letting myself go for YEARS with very little physical activity (except chasing a kid around here and there). The Burn community continued to motivate and inspire me to reach new goals and strengthen my body and mind. Plus, they have child watch, so I get 45 minutes to better myself and, some days, hang on to my string of sanity. 😂 And, I hate to sound too touchy feely, but I also found a wonderful mom tribe here. ❤️

Burn is one of those rare gyms that welcomes everyone at every level. They motivate, encourage, support and make you feel success regardless of your level. They provide you with alternative levels for each exercise. Couldn’t ask for a better environment! Pay them for a great workout or pay your Dr. For a band-aide😊😊

Burn is not only a gym, it truly is a community. The trainers are there to modify & challenge every workout & they are super encouraging. The Child Watch is also great for my kids & makes exercising more accessible if our schedule gets wonky. I am always excited to get to Burn!
