My husband and I have been going to Burn on a regular basis for over two years and we have no plans to stop! The trainers are top notch; they really know how to motivate a crowd at 5:15 am! The workouts are definitely challenging but the atmosphere is one of support and encouragement. This is a place where you can achieve your goals, no matter what they are. Highly recommend!
Update: I’ve been going to Burn for 2 years now.. it’s hard to believe that much time has passed. This gym has changed my life significantly; my confidence in myself has skyrocketed not just at the gym, but in other aspects of my life as well. The workouts challenge you, the trainers push you, and the Burn friends support you. I used to avoid the gym at all costs, now I don’t feel like myself if I go too long without taking a camp. This place truly becomes a part of you and it’s wonderful thing.
I cannot recommend Burn Boot Camp enough. The community is extremely welcoming whether you have been working out for years or are just starting your fitness journey. The trainers will support you through each workout and help make accommodations when necessary. I’ve been a member of Burn since their opening and I have no plans of cancelling my membership anytime soon. With a baby on the way, I am looking forward to taking advantage of the free childcare while I work out! Two claps for burn! 👏🏼☝🏼
Burn Boot Camp is truly a special place for all of those who enjoy working out, regardless of your experience, shape, size or gender. It’s a welcoming community that feeds off of positivity and the common goal/achievement of successfully completing each camp.
The trainers are all incredibly knowledgeable, positive, energetic and supportive. Each one will work with you and support you to ensure you achieve your personal goals.
After 20+ years of lifting weights and stagnant workouts, Burn has altered how I train and completely rejuvenated my passion for working out.
I feel like I've been a Burn Boot Camp member for years but it's only been a week.
They are tough classes that push you to your limits and trainers will always come around to correct you and/or offer modifications, if necessary.
It is a great workout with an amazing, supportive, empowering community behind it. The members and trainers go out of their way to encourage, engage, and offer high fives to everyone the minute you walk in the door.
I've never felt so welcomed and challenged in a workout like I have been at Burn Boot Camp.
Can’t say enough good things about Burn Boot Camp Metrowest! Brittany, Dee and Juliana are constantly challenging, encouraging and motivating all members. They work with you to establish goals, coach you on proper form and cheer you on! The community is truly a welcoming place where everyone gets to know each other and encourage one another on their wellness journey! Workouts are constantly changing and always challenging!
Burn bootcamp has been a life changing experience for me for so many different reasons😀I started during the pandemic when I was out of shape physically and emotionally! I never thought 18 months later I would have developed a healthier me and also a community ! The trainers Brittany, Julianna and Dee are amazing and really motivate you to push yourself no matter your age. What a wonderful place to be! I have gained strength but more importantly friends 👋🏼👋🏼

Burn Boot Camp is amazing, it’s more than a gym it’s a community! I started going a year and a half ago and have never felt better about myself, I’ve learned so much about myself that I never knew that I could do. The trainers are amazing and are very motivating and want to help you succeed. I typically will go to the 5:15 am class and some mornings are harder to get up than others but I know that once I’m there it’s where I belong. I believe everyone should give Burn Boot Camp a try, you won’t regret it.

This is a really welcoming gym in an amazing space. I had basically no gym training experience prior to Alpine, but after doing 1-on-1 sessions with Tyler my confidence and knowledge in gym technique has improved a ton and I'm already feeling results
