I started at Burn during the 4 week promo and signed up half way through my trial! I love the welcoming environment, the structured work outs and having a safe place my kids can hang out while I focus on myself! The staff immediately remembered my name, noticed when it was my birthday, recognize my husband and my children - I love how I am not just another number to them - I am a true member and my presence feels valued each time I step foot on that floor. Very happy I decided to give it a try!
I started going to Burn Boot Camp RH almost two weeks ago, and have absolutely loved it! The coaches are so encouraging and really push you to reach your full potential. I’ve never been so challenged (in a good way) from a workout. The class, or “camp” environment is so motivating and makes me never want to miss out. I would 1000/10 recommend giving Burn a try! You won’t regret it.
Burn Bootcamp Rock Hill is amazing! The community is so welcoming, the front staff is so nice, the childwatch are amazing and the trainers really kick your booty into gear! This is a great gym to get your sweat on and also meet some awesome people around Rock Hill!
I joined in May because I wanted accountability for working out and staying healthy, but it has become more than that to me, this place is truly a community of people who support and encourage each other. Best thing I’ve ever done for myself! Also Amy is the best!

I LOVE Burn- Rock Hill! The trainers are so encouraging & the music is bumping! The child watch is amazing. My kids beg to come to Burn with me!
Love the atmosphere. The coaches are awesome and your fellow trainees are supportive. There is childwatch during certain time slots and the exercises are stimulating and effective.
The food was beyond my expectations. Absolutely delicious. Flavorful, fluffy, buttery and crunchy croissants. The raspberry panacota tart was a bite from heaven! I canât wait to be back. 100% worth it because you are definitely paying for good qual
Had the fresh strawberry tea and it was amazing! Just the right amount of sweetness and perfectly refreshing. It's a little bit on the pricey side ($15 for two drinks) but definitely worth the expense for a treat. The staff is very nice and welcoming
Best wine ever! The owner John is so passionate about the quality and purity of his wine, and it shows! No added sugar or sulfites! The kitties are super friendly too. Even if you donât like wine, you will definitely find one you like! Canât
