They even have the option for childcare during your workout which is like finding gold. The spring floor is nice and supportive for the knees. The rates are reasonable and the timing for classes are flexible for morning or evening workouts. The group classes help you to feel the community of those seeking to improve their wellness. Burn McDonough is my happy place. It’s a place for busy mothers who are trying to find their way back to a healthy lifestyle. This place is very family oriented and will uplift you as soon as you step foot in the building. My whole family looks forward to going to the gym and the other family events outside the gym. Don't lock into any contract. They don't even allow you to pause the membership if you are unable to attend classes for the month. Go to OT, they are more flexible when you pause your membership. The classes are pretty good and so are the trainers.

Today was my first day. The staff was very friendly and held my hand every step of the way. I love the atmosphere. Very empowering and motivating. I'm very excited to be part of this boot camp family.

I joined burn boot camp about 4 weeks now and I absolutely love it! I love the community, the coaches, and the workouts! My kiddos also love coming to the “kids gym” (child watch). It’s a family and community atmosphere. I’ve been to 21 camps and I’ve noticed a difference in my clothes! Losing inches each week. I definitely recommend this gym for anyone.

Love this gym! The staff and members are super nice, welcoming and helpful. I haven't been able to make it into the physical gym as much as I would like, but your membership gets you access to all the live workouts and they have at home workout kits. Really feel like I’m getting a whole package with this membership! Ps, making it to the physical gym is top notch because of the group motivation and the flooring is great for your body/joints.

I’m not going to lie but Burn BootCamp at Mcdonough has the best energy true positive vibes. Best staff and trainers no doubt. I really enjoy every workout 💪🏼
