I started at Burn in April 2023, today I have successfully lost over 50lbs and more than 10% body fat. I’ve gained a tribe of people I call friends and mental fortitude I never knew I could reach. My life has truly been changed forever.
The trainers are 2nd to none. They always make you feel welcome and give you a true sense of belonging. The help with food management and healthy choices have been crucial to my journey and I could not be more satisfied with my decision to chose Burn!
I enjoy going to Burn so much. It's a really fun environment. Everyone encourages each other. The workouts are challenging. There are modifications for everyone. I love our trainers. They are constantly checking your form, checking if you need a heavier weight, or lower weight (to improve form). I love the nutritional advice (included with membership). Erica goes over your food and makes small changes every time. They give you plenty of options in terms of food, so you can find something you already like. Childcare is also included. If you're a SAHM or school is closed, you can bring your kiddos and still get your workout. It's 45 min. They have camps from early morning to evening times
Couldn’t love Burn Jenks any more. The training staff are the greatest. They love on you and push you to your limits to reach your goals. They do all the leg work for you (helping with meals, making the workout, providing childcare), you just have to show up. Definitely the best investment in yourself you could make.
Burn Boot Camp Jenks is the best! People of all ages and all fitness levels working out together, encouraging each other and getting stronger and healthier. I love my Burn family!
I love this place so much. Never in my adult life have I found myself consistently working out. For the past 7 months I have averaged 5-6 days a week. Erica, Kay and the rest of the trainers really do what they do to help people be their best selfs!!
I’m so thankful to find burn! This place is truly a place for everyone. I have found so much peace here and confidence in myself. Everyone cheers everyone on. It’s a place full of dedication, fun, hard work, and love!!!! Not to mention my 3 boys LOVE going to the child care. I love that I can see them at all time while I’m working out.
I just started and I am blown away. The atmosphere is amazing. Takes a while to build up to those who have been doing this a while but everyone is so encouraging and wonderful! It really is a family like they say! Workouts are intense but fun. It’s not the repetitive gym feel. You really pack in a lot in a short amount of time.
