Okay, maybe I should say it is unfortunate that I have had to use Burkeville body shop on a number of occasions. But I think it quite fortunate that we have this place near us because they do an outstanding job. Each time they have gone above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied, (andmy vehicle comes back completely spotless). And they can stand behind their work 100%. They are not satisfied unless you are.

ALL of the ladies inside are super nice and sweet. It may have taken forever (not the body shops fault) to get my car fixed, but when I picked it up...it was FULLY detailed inside and out! I was not expecting that. My car hasn't been that spotless on the inside since I bought it. I hope I never have to go back (who likes damage to their vehicle?) But if I ever need a body shop I will definitely be bringing my car to them

Hail damage to my truck was well over the insurance estimate and over twice the time needed for repairs. BB stepped up and over what a typical shop would do. And I do mean very well over including jumping in on details to tweak a couple of things.

They did such a great job on my classic mustang that when I showed it in the car show the next week I won first place in my class

WOW. I picked up my car about an hour ago from Burkeville after getting some body repair due to hitting a deer. Walking up to the car in the lot felt like I was picking up a new car, it looked that good and that clean. It got better looking the closer i got too. I've had body work done in the past on previous cars at other shops and i was never wowed like i was today. That wow factor jumped even higher when i got in the car, the interior was immaculate. Didn't really expect it to be so clean, before i brought it in i had taken a road trip and been through some bad weather so there was some built up grime. They did a fantastic job on the repairs, the paint work, and the interior/exterior cleaning. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone, aside from the actual work done the office staff was great to work with as well, courteous, kept me informed, couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. Hoping i don't need body work anytime soon but if i do i will be back! Thanks Burkeville!!

All of the service workers were amazing. My vehicle was returned as if it were brand new. Turn around time extended by two days. All in all, they did a great job and would/have recommended this body shop!
