Burgers SO good, I got it on my face! Grab a stack of napkins after you order. Worth a drive from anywhere around, quality and delicious everything. Priced possibly less than fast food. Took maybe 10 minutes for my burger/ meal. Onion rings are perfect. Full&happy&will return!

Excellent burgers, very fair prices. I had the habanero burger and it was awesome, not too spicy. Service was slow on the day we were there but still the overall experience was good.

Wonderful place. We had the veggie bean burger, and it was fresh, delicious, and made just right. The onion rings, however, steal the show. The mango habanero sauce is a must-try. Great service and relaxed ambiance ensure you always have a great experience! And everything is reasonably priced.

What a weird place. It almost gives the illusion of an actual burger chain, but then you look around and you get your food and you realize everything is very generic and mediocre. The food is all frozen--nothing is fresh. The meat patties for the burgers are fairly flavorless with no texture. The fries are also a frozen product. But their prices sort of reflect that. All of that being said, this is the best possible outcome of mediocre food. The service is pretty outstanding, though. They bring the food to you, they're very friendly and outgoing and, most importantly, attentive. The awesome lady at the front counter HEARD that our ketchup bottle was empty and immediately brought us another one. Impressive. If they were to upgrade their food from frozen to fresh, I would probably pay twice as much for it.

Just ate here for the first time, best burger I've ever had (Pizza Burger, definitely recommend)!! Nothing was too greasy or dry, the taste kept me chewing. The fries were the perfect crisp and the staff were very friendly. The theme of the place is pretty sleek; keeping your eyes on the prize! Overall excellent!!

You're missing out if you haven't tried this place! Burgers and fries come hot,juicy, and made to order. Don't let the empty parking lot fool you. I've passed this place up because it looked slow. Will definitely come back.

Okay. My wife and I were wanting to find a nice inexpensive place to go near Mercy one Health Center on a Monday night. I saw that Burger Shop was close by so we decided to try it. Wow what a find! This is definitely a five-star fast food restaurant. I had a Blue Buffalo Cheeseburger - some kick and blue cheese on top, with onion rings and a soft drink. That honestly was the best burger I have had in quite a long time. My wife had a turkey sandwich on rye and took half of it home because it was so ample. The folks who work here are hard-working and very pleasant. You should give this place a try. It is now on our list of places to go for our quick date nights.

One of the best burgers in town for sure. I would compare burger style to Five Guys but better, bigger, and cheaper. In my burger hierarchy of Des Moines this one is up there with Lachelles and Clyde's. It is different than those places but just as good in its own way. Great service and nice clean spot. A rising local gem.
