Did the drive through. Burgers were sub-par for the price, and the chicken strips were pretty thin. Done it once, don't need to do it again. The fries were good though. (And they have fry sauce...bonus)

This is our absolute favorite burger joint ever!!! The best service that you could wish for. They’re always super friendly, fast and food is always hot. Fantastic burgers, fries, shakes and my favorite fry sauce! We make a point to stop every time we’re in town. #bestburgerjointever
Waited in line on lunch just for the counter gal to chat for almost 10 minutes then ignored me and the three other customers in line to make a shake. Never had time to order, wasted my whole lunch break. Gotta do better Burger Ranch. Long time customer lost. Won’t be back.

I called in an order for two Big Ranch Baskets. I was advised it would be ready in 15 min. I arrived within 15 minutes. When I got home, I opened the bag, There were two burgers, two small bags of fries, a bunch of crumpled napkins with a large bunch of fries thrown on top. I called Burger Ranch, I spoke to the manager and explained my disappointment with the way the fries were just thrown in on top. She said, "Maybe they wanted to give you extra fries." When I explained the fries were lukewarm, at best, she said they had been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes! I reminded her that I was there within the 15 minutes I was told to be there. All the manager said, besides making excuses, was, "Have a good rest of your day." Her cavalier attitude let me know she didn't care that the food was not up to par. She didn't listen to what I was trying to say, she only made excuses. I won't be going back any time soon.

We reserved some tables to throw a surprise party and it went perfect! Thank you so much to the staff for accommodating us! My sister and mom had a great birthday party! We danced all night to the live band and had Jell-O shots! It was tons of fun!

Carlon Park has baseball fields, tennis courts, soccer fields, a small playground, and an annual carnival. I watched my grandkids play soccer there. Nice fields.
