Manager had great customer service. The cashiergave me my cup with her finger inside of it. Gross. I threw the cup away. The food they gave us was not what we ordered and the shake machine was broken. Not going there for a quick bite of anything.
As always, it's pretty decent. The tea is sweet, fries are salted, and the burgers are messy, just like it is supposed to be.
Food is much better than McDonald's. It's not as affordable but burger king is the quality of quantity.
Had the croissant with egg and sausage. First one was cold and croissant was dry like it was sitting out a long time. They replaced with no problem. Second one was wonderful. Soft croissant, hot egg and sausage was fresh.
Quick and fast service, order was made fresh and accurate.
If your on HWY 59 coming into Lufkin just before the Whitehouse overpass you can easily see this Burger King. I like going through their drive thru because they are quick, never have long line so there's no wait and there's easy access. I typically like Burger King but this visit was not a good experience. If you order in the evenings be sure to double check your order while your there as there's nothing more irritating than getting home and missing an item. In my situation I couldn't tell there was a problem until I got home with the order. I ordered the chicken sandwich (one of my favs)..... it was on plain bread no sauce just a dried up chicken patty and a small piece of wilted lettuce that looked it had set out all day. I wasn't happy to say the least!! I fed it to the trash and had a frozen dinner. I have gone back and the meal was much better!
There are very few fast food restaurants I go to or say have acceptable food. Burger King is a fast food restaurant that I approve of and will eat at. I have dietary restrictions and the menu has good options for me to choose from for lunch and dinner. Having worked at a Burger King in the past, I can trust that the food I'm eating there is acceptable.

The burgers here are so good. I also recommend trying their quacamole, salsa, and queso trio with chips for an appetizer. I'm never disappointed. The servers are always so friendly.
