The owner came and talked to not just us he talked to a couple of people in a couple of different cars. Nice man I think he said he was 79 and he is Greek. And has had the burger boy for around 25 or 30 years!! Very very great !!
A good old fashioned greasy burger joint. The only issues is due to the sometimes unenthusiastic staff. Outdoor seating only so as clean as outside. good relatively cheap food. There are also no public restrooms.

So glad they are open again with the original owners. Always loved their burgers so when I planned this trip to Gatesville, I naturally had to come! Just finished my jumbo burger cooked to order and ate as many cheese tater tots as I could (really generous portion!). Both items were delicious as usual.

The absolute BEST place to eat in town! We eat her almost weekly sometimes more than once a week. The food is always HOT and FRESH, and in the last couple years we’ve been eating here, I’ve NEVER had an order wrong! The chili cheese dogs are sooo good and my husband is obsessed with the chili cheese fries because it’s homemade chili! There’s not an item on the menu not worth ordering! Well worth the money!
