TLDR; Terrible burgers made to be health-conscious (grass-fed, gluten free, locally sourced, etc.); amazing fries tho! This was a stop by after hiking upstate. I appreciated the effort to provide top ingredients but the flavor about every dish was a complete letdown (except for their fries). Order at the countertop at the front and seat yourself at the table with your number. When ready the staff brought out the food. Original Bun (2/5): The original quarter pounder texture was off and had no taste had it not been accompanied with the Bun Sauce that provided some sort of flavor. Dirty Bird (2/5): The breading to the chicken was done well with a great flavor and crunch. However, the chicken itself was very stringy (woody breast). Thereby indicating the low quality of meat that was sourced. Vanilla shake (2/5): It was just thick and tasteless. Fries (5/5): I asked for the fries well done and they delivered! The fries are very skinny and had a lovely saltiness and crunch to them. The bucket it plenty to share between 2.5 people.

A local friend suggested Buns for lunch and I was not disappointed! The place has a nice modern ambience. we got to take out and I often forget to take pictures of the actual food but my lamb burger was delicious, I would definitely go back for that. The bucket of fries was more than enough for three people and although we didn’t get any this time, I hear the milkshakes are really good.

Possibly the best burger I've ever had in my life! Seriously delicious, so much flavor and JUICY! The burger comes out a perfect medium so if you want it well done, first get therapy, then ask them to cook it longer lol. Fries are perfect, and a good portion too. Get extra bun sauce, it's so good. Very friendly workers, great atmosphere, food is cooked in an open kitchen so you can see everything. Great music playing in the background and seating for about 30-40 people. Fairly quick service, but everything is made to order so maybe 5-7min wait as a walk-in. Well worth the price, they have a lunch special Mon-Thur. This place is amazing and I continue to come back whenever it's lunch and I'm in the area.

I was there 5 times. 2 times for the food and 3 time just to have a glass of beer. To begin with the burgers are not better than next door Macdonald maybe even worst. Just because of the food quality I stopped eating there and continue to go to Dutch. Today came again to have a beer and the lady at the desk told me that no drinks without food. So food is Gurbage, no drinks without food. Good luck Never ever go there again.

Always a great burger I love to get when I’m in the Hudson Valley. Is it the absolute best? No…a few places do make a better burger. But if I could rate it out of 10, it would be a 9.2.

2022.12 one of the best burgers. No need special ingredients or no need special sauce. Simple and local meat. We order lamp and beef burger. You can tell the difference. Also fries, must try. Comfortable and good services

We stopped at this place because of the reviews and price. Tbh my burger “ Original “ was ok very saucy some parts of the burger was not done in the other hand my husband got the chicken burger which it was not fully cooked 😞 He liked the sauce and fries. Overall price n food ok but it could be better 🙂

visiting from Ohio, I might stay just for Buns! Nick was the sweetest server and helped us decide what to get. Everyone else was really kind, too. The burgers are probably the best I’ve ever had and ever will have. They’re big, juicy, and taste soooo good. The fries are fresh and crispy and they give you a mound of them. I’ll be dreaming about them when I return to Ohio 💔
