Had a burger than golfed. The burger was just ok; I think they used Loweries seasoning, which was weird.
The golf course, however, was a really nice 9-hole track!
We came in Friday at 530pm. Immediately saw a sign saying be patient with our young staff. The gentleman up front seemed very serious as we put our name on the list. He said it would be about 20 minutes. So we went to the bar and had a drink and waited....we finally got our table at 730 and the guy at the desk just said he couldn't find us. While the food was good there is no excuse for such terrible service. I am a very patient person but we had family here from California and this service was just embarrassing. Management needs to spend time training staff and incorporate a better process for when you're waiting for a table.
Edit: I was here January 5th 2024 with my family and this was my honest experience.
Well I’m a golfer first, so we’ll review the course first.. The course has drastically improved over the past few years, and is probably the best conditioned public course in Wausau. It’s a good layout, however I think they missed the beat in building the additional hole instead of an 18 hole putting course in that location. Putting courses are all the new rage, and I think they would have increased their business two fold had they built the putting course. IMO..
However the course is good, but has 2 downfalls. It’s only 9 holes, and it’s a bit expensive. I’ve played 18 hole courses that are just as nice for what they charge for 9 holes.
The restaurant.. let me tell you they have a great chef. Chef Drew’s dishes and food are delicious. I’ve tried to copy some of his dishes at home, come close, but not exact. Maybe someday I can get some recipes. I do like the aspect of having a great restaurant at a golf course, or having a golf course at a great restaurant. However I prefer golf to be the priority as I believe golf brings more to the dinner plate than a restaurant brings to the first tee.
Oh, and Packer games there are a hoot…. Great for a good laugh. PIECE OF CHEESE!!!!
Delicious omelette! Bar and restaurant have a modern vibe with plenty of TVs to watch the game. The 9 hole golf course is a well maintained, playable for all ages, and fun layout. Great views of the bluffs and fall colors are amazing!
The few times we’ve been in for dinner the food was good and the service was acceptable.
I was hoping to reserve one of the rooms to hold a memorial service for a family member who was also an American Legion post 10 member. After three phone calls and three weeks my message was finally given to the correct person who called me back. Unfortunately by that time everything had been reserved. To say we were disappointed is an understatement as he had enjoyed going to Bunkers and thought it to be a fitting place for the memorial.
Great service! Excellent food! Beautiful plates! Our Valentine's Day tradition.
Love this course! Especially last week. It was awesome with the fall colors. Only problem is the price. That's why I rarely go there anymore.
We enjoyed it. Next time I'd go for the standard burger and regular fries Instead of sweet potato, although they did a great job with both

We love this museum. They make every effort to be very kid, friendly and welcoming. We love the art kits that they prepare, based on each exhibit for children to do at home, as well as the myriad of art supplies available in the Childrenâs Area in
This place is great! It was our first time and The staff is super helpful in helping us learn how to throw...it is really easy! I thought there would be an age limit, but my 9 and 14 year old were able to participate and I never felt unsafe. They g
This place was a blast! Lots of fun things for younger kids to enjoy - and occasionally an older adult.
There are two areas, one for little kids and another for older kids up to 12y old. There is even a couple of zip lines, one with just a seat on t
Great establishment!! Was traveling from out of town from the Chicago area and had some time to kill and came across 4 seasons golf. Walked in and was instantly greeted by the owner, super nice guy and very accommodating. The sims were all clean and
If you want to go to a baseball game in the northern part of Wisconsin that understands people with need for accommodations, this is the place!!!! Everything is easy accessible from the store, food, to the upper levels. And the prices are well worth
Had a great short business trip here, and I have to tell you the staff is super friendly and accommodating. I was in town for a training session, in which a conference room was rented, and they went out of their way to make sure that we had everythin
Always a glorious walk! I always start at the bottom and hike up the road to the tower, then back down via the yellow trail. It's a great workout and always gorgeous no matter the weather.
I really enjoyed the park along with my kid. I think it is a very unique park with nice walk areas, a giant play area, gym structures to keep even adults busy, active and involved. Plenty of parking and clean. Has food options too. Great view. Highly
