Excellent food and drink options. Service was fast and the server was friendly. The main host Rachel was awesome 👏she kept smiling and communicating well with the guests. I will definitely go back again!
As far as mountain side bars go, this is one of the absolute best. Good beer on draft and in cans, full bar with great cocktails, fantastic food that isn't insanely up-charged for being on a mountain. Service has always been top notch, and the view is wonderful. My ski group has gotten a picture here every year for 8 years running.
Beautiful spot on the mountain with really good food and a friendly staff.
Perfect spot for lunch break during freezing cold weather outside. Restaurant has a bar section and dining room with beautiful big windows. So I was able to enjoy noon time sunshine from warm inside. During the lunch hours get super busy and getting table and food will take some extra time it’s definitely not place for quick lunch break. I have a soup of the day and hot chocolate. Everything was delicious.
Amazing food, amazing service, everything was good all around.
A good place to rest and warm up. It has a bath room, tables to sit at, and a place to get food and drinks. It doesn't have many options for food.. It has things like cinnamon rolls, chips and candy. They have chili and chowder. Would not recommend the chili, I had it last year, it was 10.50 and tasted pretty awful...
Other than that it is a great place to rest and get a quick snack!
Awesome mountainside restaurant to stop for a beer or lunch. The hot cocktails are outstanding.
We had cheese steak sandwich and chili. Both were delicious and reasonably priced!

Everything about this stunning log home is welcoming and organized, with very nice decor. Both the bedrooms and the dining/living room common areas are beautiful. We were just passing through with our dog, and it was interesting to talk to some of th
The Bag and Kettle has been serving hungry Sugarloafers since 1969. Stopped in for lunch on a beautiful fall afternoon in Carrabassett Valley. Peak foliage time!
Busy lunchtime, with a lively no frills atmosphere. The menu was streamlined.
