Checked in for a week expecting to pay $125 per the website but was charged $168. The WIFI was non existent the last four days. Everyone is friendly but everything is haphazard. Talked to the maintenance man/manager and then to the Owner about electric problem. When it was hot with everyone using their air conditioners the voltage to my rv dropped from 118 to under 100 at times. My Voltage monitor and protector would disconnect many times each afternoon. The owner was not interested in what I had to say about the voltage. The two 30 amp connection boxes I looked at were old without breakers. One of these didn't even have a cover. Low voltages will ruin electric motors such as those on air conditioners. The owner seemed to be mainly interested in his toys.
I give it a three for it’s people. Great group of snow birds and full timers that live here all year. It would be a pretty place if the owners cared as much for the park as they did their pocket book. They let people store their unused rigs all around the park. Broken down trashy rigs that aren’t any good any more. They have one poor guy working his butt off doing everything from maintenance to office work with no help. The so called WiFi is a joke and they won’t fix it or secure it just for their campers. This would be a wonderful place. It’s sad really!
This is a senior park, but they may let you in for a short term stay (They let me stay and I'm in my 20s). Good park that's fairly clean. The site roads are a little tight for large RVs, and could use a repaving, but everything is serviceable. It's also nicely centrally located whereby you can walk to the grocery.
Checked it out for fulltime for 3 people....Rate to high for what you would be getting ..nice location ,about all it would really mean to us....My husband has worked in big & small rv parks..he could see a lot that would improve it....Sure would have liked to move there..just could not see the rate for the rest of our lives

If you're passing through for a bit not bad. Long term you have to deal with the park security. He's a bit annoy2
