I needed the motor of the cover of my swim spa serviced. I am absolutely amazed at the wonderful service I was given. From the first gal who answered my phone call for help to the gentlemen who came out to my home. Everyone was very polite, respectful, energetic, skilled, and they always had a smile. They explained the problem in terms I could understand. They also were able to correct the issue ahead of the original scheduled appointment date. Great service. I can always count on Bullfrog for excellent products and service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We found a leak in our hot tub a year ago. They sent someone 4 separate times, charged us every time and still did not fix the issue. On the 4th time the tech broke a different piece of the hot tub that “could not be fixed until the weather was above 72 degrees.” It sat unusable for almost 6 months until it was finally warm enough. A technician then came, fixed what he broke but did not fix the original issue and it still continued to leak. They then took the spa to their building to do a thorough inspection to fix the leak, kept it for a month and then delivered it back. On delivery, we had to ask the employees to reconnect the hot tub (which I assumed was their job), they hooked it up wrong so that it still would not work. They then sent us a bill for over $1000 (we’d already been charged over $400 to fix the leak they never fixed) and then told us they would not come out to fix the hot tub that they had claimed to have already fixed until we paid the full bill. We refused to pay the bill until they had fixed their issue. They then thankfully sent out another tech who has spent over 3 hours trying to find the issue. So far according to the newest technician, it seems that because they hooked the wiring up wrong, it fried the circuit board which will now cost another $800 to fix. This process has been an absolute joke for a year and I have never been so disappointed in a company. We are continually charged for bullfrog to send inexperienced technicians to not fix the simplest of issues and then cause more problems and break more of the hot tub and then charge us again. Working with Bullfrog has been absolutely miserable. They are difficult and inexperienced and seem to do all that they can to get more money out of us. And here we are a year later and the problem is still not resolved and we’ll end up being charged over $2000. Ridiculous.

We just purchased a home that has a Bullfrog Spa. Taycee at the Ogden store was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful in training us on how to be new “hot tub parents.” She was not at all pushy and very price conscientious for us. Thank you so much!

The entire experience has been enjoyable! We purchased the exact hot tub we wanted had a great price. Ever since it was installed, we haven’t had a bad experience in it or getting customer service from bull frog spas in Kaysville! The staff are super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to help! You will not regret buying from them, EVER!

Mediocre hot tubs at best. Constantly leaking. The older guy who performs Bullfrogs warranty repairs in Northern Utah is as incompetent as they come. He shouldn’t be fixing a sandwich to eat let alone someones 15k plus hot tub. Shop around more… wish I would have

Multiple terrible post-sales experiences. The latest is a part that failed 6 months out of warranty and no help from the dealer. Do you yourself a favor and save money and headache by shopping elsewhere (not Bullfrog). Bullfrog could have saved a negative review by making a $200 concession on an $18K purchase, but opted not to. This is one of many post-service failures I have experienced from this company. AVOID!!

We visited several hot tub dealers before we ended up purchasing from Bullfrog. We are so glad we did! The salesperson we worked with at Bullfrog was great to work with. There were no pressure tactics—just information on their products which seemed much Huber quality than others we had seen. Bullfrog also had spas available much sooner. Other vendors told us we needed to order asap to get something in November. We placed our order on May 16th and we’re told it could take 6-8 weeks but may be sooner. Sure enough we had our hot tub installed in just over a month. They kept in constant contact about what we needed to have done to be ready for delivery. The delivery personnel were friendly and helpful as well. It was a great experience and we are so happy with our hot tub!
