Bull Creek District Park - Featured Reviews (2006)
We went there at 1 PM. The weather was perfect today for the hike. Bright sunshine helped in this cold weather. The hike has lot of good scenery that you will enjoy along the hike. Very much one of the best hikes in Austin.
Easy parking available and there are number of places you can enter this trail.
Trail gets very slippery if it rains so be cautious.
What a unique spot! The long ice stalactites were amazing. I've never seen anything like that before. The overhang of the bluffs were dripping down water during the freezing temps which created them.
It is beautiful and quiet park. You have to walk a long way to get to the destination. However, they need to clean trash and after dogs. It isn’t smelled fresh.
love walking and watching the sunsets here, listening to the water fall and when they fall from the rocks it is very relaxing!
I usually visit during the week because on weekends there are more people than usual! and in summer even more….
PLEASE!! be respectful, if you take your pet please put his leash on him, I also love letting my furry friend free but there are more dog parents out there! just caution
Love this park, preserve it, throw away your trash, pick up your poo, and another dog friends doodoo if you see it, too! Waiting for safe swimming water to return...
Wow! Finally explored this trail and had no idea how long this trail was and how green and close to water this is all while tucked into the hills, leaving you feeling lost in nature. This is a rough terrain area and has some minor rocks to climb around or up to continue on the trails. The only downside is how unkept some of the areas are, trails are hard to follow sometimes, not accessible to all, and some trash can be round all along.
There are a few parking areas, these can fill up quickly on weekends and holidays. There are restrooms near the main parking lot, trash cans and grilling areas. Maybe bring a change of shoes or clothes that can get wet and a towel in the car. Hard to navigate here at night.
I love coming here. Our dog, Samba, really loves it. I thank God that the deadly algae problem hasn't affected this area of Bull Creek yet. Samba swims non-stop, it's about the only thing that can actually wear her out so we like to take her as often as we possibly can.

We revisited this playground for the first time in years and discovered they'd upgraded the equipment in the last few months. This is a really nice playground! And if you park at the Floral Park Dr trailhead, it makes a really nice destination for a
We've been coming here for years and love it. Great for the whole family. We play on the playground, throw airplanes or frisbees in the open area, fly kites when it's windy. We usually get food from one of the nearby restaurants since it's an easy wa
We saw this on one of the bus tours. We definitely could have stayed longer than the bus allowed, but the views are beautiful! Worth visiting while in the area. The bus driver did warn that if you're taking your own car, park it close to the stairs b
Love this park! The city keeps it clean and maintained. There are several bakeries and bars nearby within a minute walk, and Thinkery. The ducks are so friendly and there are many places to sit and read in the grass, on the steps, and on benches. Ice
Hidden gem in the middleof East Austin. A beautiful easy trail you walk, run or bike. Dogs are welcome, signage along the way. Crosses two beautiful bridges, a community garden, a subtrail along the water and a metro crossing station.
Very beautiful area. Lots of falls. Some areas were a little challenging to navigate because of the boulders, but it's a really nice hike. Lots of people with dogs, and I ran into some unique butterflies on the trail. Another plus was that it was fre
Perfect park if you want to walk, not too big or small, and if you're bored, you are within walking distance from the domain. But the sights at sunset are worth seeing.
There is a restroom next to the pond and rock. Usually, there is someone nearby
I have been going to f45 for a month now. The team is knowledgeable, patient, and motivating. They pay close attention to your form, help you select the right weights, and are just awesome people. They offer variety yet it's an intentional program wi

Elite coffee spot. I make a physical effort to stop by each time I'm in town, and I'd be here every day if I lived in Austin. Try the pumpkin spice latte, they make it the perfect level of not too sweet
Visited Austin for the weekend and took the free trial at Ambush. It was awesome and I would definitely recommend checking this gym out. I've been training Muay Thai and MMA for ~ 2-3 years now and this gym is great for learning Muay Thai and striki
My son (high school freshman) loves going to the Legends classes and comes out drenched in sweat each time. Shockingly he hasnât complained even once and clocks 5-6 days of hour-long workouts each week. And heâs a guy whoâs never done any serio
This place is fantastic! I had such a great workout! The treadmills are excellent, and you can actually feel a difference between Strideâs treadmills and regular ones. The teacher Rachael was clear and encouraging. The vibes were great: modificatio
