My company uses their service for a Sharepoint project. We had everything in contract and issued the PO. The item which we wanted was clearly outlined in the contract. When we bring it to their attention, they said the ask can't be done based on the original contract, and start to upcharge it much more. Our team ended up taking over most of the asks which were supposedly to be done by BuildingI and gladly the project was done right without issue. As for the part committed by BuildingI, it's half done and filled with bugs.
