We stop here all the time when driving cross country on I-10. We’ve been here many times and every time this place HITS. Super consistent and we order the same thing every time. The restaurant itself is always very clean. Service is extremely quick and amazing customer service. Easily the best Po-boys at Lake Charles.
Outstanding flavor. When I first saw the poboy, I was a little disappointed with the baby shrimp. It definitely works. Each bite was full of flavor and has changed my prospective on shrimp poboys. Highly recommend this is a top place in Lake Charles.
Also, get the banana pudding. You deserve it!

It was clean and well decorated. The staff was friendly, but when it came to the food, there was a lot more left to be desired.
The salad had plenty of mushy and iced over, see-through lettuce. And a po-boy with crawfish smelled as if the crawfish had not been clean.
To say we were disappointed would be an understatement.
Love the new location. There’s a reason that they put a entire roll of paper towels on each table. The Buffi special is no joke. The bread that is used is not your typical poboy bread, but it is really good. One day I will try a salad ;-)
Our son recommended this restaurant. My husband and I first time here. Great first impression 👍Quaint little place with natural lightning and great music (not to loud) Friendly & helpful service 😀 The food was served fresh & hot!! I got a salad that offered jalapeño mayo which i left off & just added jalapeños. This salad also had grilled chicken ( perfectly done) this salad was PERFECT!! Also had the Shrimp Poboy. Lots of shimp & cooked PERFECT Also 🥰 The Potato Soup was delicious 😋 DEFINITELY going back!! Please keep this kind of GOOD FEELING, TASTE GREAT, CLEAN RESTAURANT GOING !! I've been to restaurants where it tasted good first time then terrible the next. My son was right about this one! THANKS BUFFI'S PEAUX BOYS !!
How did Buffi's manage to put an entire crawfish boil on a poboy? Spicy crawfish at that! Corn, potatoes, sauce and plenty crawfish all on their signature poboy bun! Who would have thought that this could be done? But they did and they do it well at that!
The last 4 pics are the kickin chicken, because that's my favorite! Lol Chopped grilled chicken, bacon bits, jalepeno mayo, ranch and shredded cheese all on their signature crispy bun!
Good as always! Plenty enough to fill you up!

The Buffi’s Special is 10/10. This place never disappoints. Their bread pudding will literally knock your toe nails off so tape your toe nails down before eating it - YES IT’S THAT GOOD !!!!
