Come get your exercise on!!! I've been to active parks before, but man alive!! I wasn't ready!! Kinda felt bad, coming there to grab some photos, so I did a couple of push-ups to be a team player. Very clean, plenty of space, and they even have a full-size track. Trails also go around the entire park, so it's pet friendly and family ready!! Here's to great health!!
Nice walking trail, which extension goes along Neise River. There are few publicly available sport fields including a big soccer field, with a running track around. Everything safe, well illuminated and maintained. There is a convenient parking lot )nearby the local firestation, an indoor swimming pool there, two public restrooms and a playground for children.
Went there for a round of disk golf ⛳️ with the kids. The baseball fields were locked. Bummer when you loose a disk I side the field. Grounds crew does a nice job. Not too far from the house and not too busy in the morning. Great place to get some exercise and fresh air.
Nice dog park two areas one very large and another plenty big enough for smaller dogs. Has a lot of grass. Nice benches. DOuble gated. Easy to get in and out. Parking was nice and there is a walking trail as well
Beautiful athletic complex overall. There are three well maintained fields grouped at the park entrance. There is a small playground a short walk between fields 1 and 2, alongside the restrooms. Ample parking between the two lots around the fields. There is also a running track with soccer fields on the other side of the complex with a separate restroom. Just down the road from the aquatic center. Three only downside is there is very little shaded area for families of ball players out around the ball fields. However, the playground area is well shaded most days.
Fields were decent, but no concessions and restrooms were WAY TOO FAR removed from all of the fields. To be fair, there was 1 food truck, with delicious food, for all to use. There were 3 fields active at all hours we were there, which made for very long lines.
Nice dog park in back. We we t to walk on the connected Nuse River trail. Easy parking. Nice track. Haven't checked out the aquatic building.
Great park, clean and has literally everything you need for a SOLID workout. No complaints. restrooms are super clean as well, always a plus

Truly a hidden gem. There's maybe a mile to a mile and a half of trails altogether, and they're all really pretty. There's a creek that runs through the park with a small waterfall, and quite a variety of trees and plants. Saw very little poison ivy

This will be my go-to box when I come back to Raleigh. The second I walked in the coach was very welcoming, and everyone made me feel like I was hanging out with friends at my box in Washington. On top of how at home I felt, the layout was perfect al
My partner and I stopped in to try the coffee and a slice of cake while we did some work. Both the coffee and the cake were good. I always get a plain latte my first time at a new coffee shop to figure out if Iâm going to like it and Munch It defin
Yum! I got the cold brew and it was rich and robust and creamy without the need for milk or creamer to be added! I also nabbed the last croissant for the day and it has a lovely texture and flavor. Service was polite and the place felt clean. I enjo
