Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken wings restaurant in Tucson - 68 N Harrison Rd, USA

Got a pick up order, and we left to go home. When we opened our order, we discovered this. My dry rub wings had no dry rub. We ordered 20 wings and were missing two. We were charged .60 cents for a very tiny cup of ranch even though we had ordered as much as we did. The boneless wings looked like they were the end of the bag, all very tiny in size. We also ordered celery and carrots and ended up with only celery. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered 20 mild wings and a separate plate of 6 hot wings, My order came out in less the 5 min. The food was mix of different wings that obviously had been sitting in kitchen for more than an hour. I didn't complain but won't be returning anytime soon

Had a waiter that was training a new waitress. They were great boneless wings and appetizers. It was nice to be able to sit in there without it being too loud.

Food is always good and consistent. Service was unusually slow and a pretty decent amount of people. Perhaps short staffed. I still give it a 5 because our server worked her butt off and my drink was always topped off.

The food has always been good here. I've never had a bad experience and I've been coming for almost 20 years. Most recently we have had an amazing server (Julia). She is so amazing and makes our experience great. Absolutely love coming here for the food, service, and atmosphere.

Came in to watch the U of A men's sweet 16 game and sat at the bar on the very end next to where the servers get the drinks. Place was packed for the game and everyone was busy! Food was pretty good and the two young ladies running the bar did a pretty good job. I had the cheese curd bacon burger with fries. Reason for the 3 stars is my first draft, the glass looked dirty. You can see the pic posted. This was before I had any food and it was on the inside. The outside felt kinda dirty as well! Also the beers here are never ice cold. I prefer a frozen mug like some of the other establishments have. The garbage can right next to my seat should not be there. It's within arms reach and is disgusting! All of the servers come up and throw food in there from tables. This should be done in the back. Additionally, my check was rung up wrong. I had 2 Barrio and 1 bud light. I was charged for 3 Barrios and im almost certain the bud light cost less. I don't work for the health department but if I did some of the other things I witnessed here would definitely be a violation. I won't be coming back anytime soon!

Asked to give my phone number to earn & redeem rewards…. Was told ‘the system is down, you can scan on Monday to earn rewards, but you cannot redeem rewards tonight.’ Maybe she should have led with that when I sat down. On top of on accepting rewards tonight, they put cheese on a kids burger that was requested without…. Now the rest of the Togo food gets to sit out while they fix the mess up. I was told 5 min to fix the kid’s burger, after 5 I left b/c the rest of the food was suffering…. Got home to realize the rest of the food had been sitting out for awhile. Worst $90 spent ever. 10/10, would not recommend!

I’ve been here 4 times and every time the waiters were awesome. The food is also great, I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quick wing snack! The sport themed atmosphere is great too! Go here!!!
