Good service. Food was really good and quick and it was only like 12 bucks for 10 wings, a drink and potato ledges

Had the best waitress at this location on 11/20/23. Courtney P, you are fabulous! Great service, she is friendly and engaging, we enjoyed our meal because of her. :) Definitely makes up for other issues at this restaurant (slow kitchen, average food), and we will be back on Mondays to sit in her section. Added another star to original review because of her great service! Original Post: For a place that does mostly chicken, it is mediocre at best. Always slow service and the choices other than chicken are dismal. I avoid this place at all costs. Update: - service is better these days (my kids love this place) so I added another star.

I have frequented B-dubs since they have existed in lower Michigan. Over time the chicken quality has gone up and down BUT the signature sauces have always stayed GREAT! Prices are very high for buffalo wings and sides, but many other restaurants have followed suit with higher prices for wings. Staff is usually friendly here. Food always comes out hot. Always sports on the many TVs to entertain you including fights.

Good quality for the price, but the service was slow. We liked the brisket on our nachos.

Went to this location for takeout and watched one of the employees manage some serious hustle. I arrived a few minutes early and watched him hand out five orders and take another four over the phone, all while checking in on my order regularly. I was only there for maybe five minutes. They really did a good job.

Food is always good it's just never your food. Service while dining in is hit or miss. The bar is always good. The problem is uber eats....just don't bother. Your order will be Wrong 100% percent of the time. At this point I'm positive it's intentional in order to save a few bucks. I have ordered uber eats 10 times over the past year and 10 out of 10 times they have gotten my order wrong Atmosphere while dining in can be considered standard even really good during holidays. But other then special events I wouldn't really go to this location.

Very unhappy with the service and food. Wings were small, dry, and cold. The staff were very rude. The manager Ted was horrible handling problem that the staff has. The manager said we could go somewhere else if we weren’t happy here. Very unprofessional. The staff was slow and not caring to give good services. Not coming here at all. I would give less than zero stars.

Bad services and food. I don’t like the food it was very cold and dry mentioned it to the staff they did nothing to fix it. They extra extremely rude and argued back to me when i asked for refund. Manager didn’t help either. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Food was bad so was the service. I had very bad experience!!
