The Manager Chris went above and beyond to make sure I had everything in my order, he also assisted with taking my large order to my car. An even though my son split a drink in the walkway he did not hesitate to have it cleaned up and wasn’t even upset about it. The bartender was also super helpful and pleasant to be around while I waited for my food. 10 out of 10 recommended 🥳

1 star for this place is too high. I use to love Bdubs but I think this was my last time making an appearance. I came for lunch and the place was not busy but the host wasn’t at the front. I waited and I waited. After about 5 minutes the manager came and seated me. My order was taken in a reasonable time, however the majority of my wings were fried hard. I was hungry and figure I wouldn’t make a fuse and deal with it. No one never came to check on me. I left one wing on the plate to show my server, but I didn’t get a chance to b/c once I left to use the restroom they cleared off the table. Unbelievable b/c nobody never came to check on me but cleared the table after I went to restroom. Waiter came with the billed at a reasonable time and I ask for a military discount and he said we don’t do that on lunch menu. I said well that’s a first but ok. I have never heard that before after years of coming but whatever. They ended up charging my card from another table and my table, but had let me know about the mistake. The same mistake happened last time I came to BWW.. I’m done and never ever coming back.. Do yourself a favor and cook for yourself! These places are getting horrible..

Got seated, then waited 15 min to get water. We ended up leaving before even ordering looked like they only had two servers at the time….so my family and I drove 20 min to another Buffalo Wild Wings and had the best service.

Haven't been here in over 5 years food somehow tasted better back then and was a lot cheaper but it's the same everywhere else. Still had a great time. Service was amazing. Servers were quick and food came out hot and fast. Idk what's missing as far as flavor but hey it gets the job done. I spent 21 bucks including tip on 5 traditional wings and 6 boneless including a beer.

We love this place they always go above and beyond to make us happy. We have an autistic little boy so we like to sit in the booths in the front and alot of times there isn't a server for that section but they always take care of us there and have such great attitudes and hospitality, we also suggest downloading the app so u can sit down scan qr and order through app makes it super easy when there busy or crowded.

The most overcooked wings I've ever had. The customer service was whatever. We went when it was pretty empty, and they took about 20 minutes to bring our drinks. We had a large fry, which was the same as the regular fry size. Our waitress hardly came back to check on us to bring refills and napkins. We had to ask the people who brought our food out for stuff. I was highly disappointed. Would not return or recommend going to this location. If this was how it was when it was slow imagine when it's busy.

Wow, this place is a nightmare! Don’t bother, we had our waitress leave while we needed drink refills to go get her Starbucks, but only after spending the majority of the time she was there on her cell phone at the computer system! 25 years in the industry and I have never witnessed anything this bad in my life! Bar rescue hasn’t seen anything until they have been here! They need help!! Oh don’t worry I filled out the form, but with this many negative reviews you need more than a form filled out, that’s not working obviously.

Walked in , there was maybe 12 other people and my wife an I were seated and for about 10 mins and no one came to take our order or anything so we left . I told the bartender we were leaving and he just gave us a thumbs up . Never going back here . Don’t waste yall time
