We were seated right away and were able to order quickly. The appetizer was delicious and it was brought a half hour before our food, which wasn't horrible because we had time to enjoy it. I might be aging myself, but I remember when BWW was a messy experience with all the sauce on the wings. Now, they seem to barely have any sauce on them. My husband ate 2 with his fingers and didn't even have sauce on his hands. They were good, just different. The waiter was on top of drink refills and was great. Nice family restaurant with a lot of tvs.

Was able to find a place even in a busy after game time. Big delicious burgers!

Ordered food today, the food was good . The fries were cold, missing some stuff. When I went back to pick up what was missing. No apologies from the person who took my order. Been a long time customer and deserved better.

Waitress hardly came back and checked on our table. I sat with an empty drink glass for a good 15 to 20 minutes. By the time she came back, we had finished eating and were ready for our check. Not the end of the world, but I would have liked more to drink with my food.

I typically order online to takeout. My order is always ready when promised and counter staff is friendly. Their loyalty program offers coupons occasionally and you earn points to get free food.

Decided to dine in the wait time was very long so we opted to order take out. After waiting over 30 minutes for wings and fries our food was cold and the wings were not made with the requested sauce. The fries were also not prepared accordingly. When we reached out to a member of management they just told us we were confused and didn’t even offer to remake the food. I went down to eat with my mother down to this location and they sat us down and the place was surprisingly slow for a Sunday night. The customer service was really good and our server checked on us every 5 mins. The food though was not great at all. The Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich was just a regular chicken sandwich but had the Buffalo sauce and ranch on one side of the chicken sandwich. The fries were horrible it looked like McDonald’s fries. In general it’s ok but I’m sad that the food wasn’t as good as expected.
